The Store manager Bill Watson was on vacation when sheryl called my a hypocrite and accused me of watching FOX. So after two weeks I go shopping at winn dixie and I even said "hi" to sheryl wanting to let this go. As I was outside in the parking lot getting ready to leave, Bill Watson came up to me and said "I heard you called one of my employees a hypocrite and brought up politics" I replied with the WTF. Those are the same words she accused me of and you are turning them around and saying I said that. He did also mention that he doesn't know me and I could be one of those guys that come back with a knife and cut people up. That is an extreme assumption about someone that has NEVER been hostile to anyone at winn dixie or any where else. But anyway, I went to winn dixie the next day Saturday July 15th wanting to talk to Bill Watson about his extreme assumption about me and if he says that to all the customers he has a disagreement with about coming back with knifes to cut people up. Bill Watson literally started yelling at me in the store and told me to leave. So after being humiliated on the winn dixie floor by the store manager I left. The lady that watches the self checkout heard all of this. I have gone shopping there a few times and I feel really uncomfortable because of the way the store manager Bill Watson treated me and assumed the the extreme atrocity I could do on my behalf. I HAVE NEVER IN MY LIFE BEEN TREATED SO BADLY BY A STORE MANAGER AND i AM 57. What happened to the customer is always right and you don't treat them like they are a POS. I have been shopping at this Winn Dixie in Port ST. John Florida for about 8 or 9 years now and I have never had an issue until this bill watson made an issue out of it
Desired outcome: bill should be trained on how to deal with customers
Winn-Dixie - Store Manager Bill Watson
Winn Dixie 6257 US Highway 1, Port St John, FL 32927, United States
It all started when I asked a simple question to the bakery lady Sherryl. A bud light vendor was putting out a display of bud light products by the entrance to the store. Sheryl was walking by me and I asked her a simple question. I wonder if they are really suffering, meaning the vendors. Sheryl got triggered and snapped at me and said "you are all hypocrites and I bet you watch FOX". I reported it to the store manager Mike at that time and he pretty much defended her. That wasn't the first time sheryl snapped at me. One time I asked her about fresh hoagie rolls and she snapped at me then saying "I'M SHORT STAFFED"

Desired outcome: I would like an apology

She was walking by me and I asked her, I wonder if they are really suffering? She got triggered and snapped at me and said "you are all hypocrites and I bet you watch FOX". I have to correct this part of my complaint. (As I was outside in the parking lot getting ready to leave Bill Watson came up to me and confronted me outside in the parking lot as I was getting ready to leave. He told me "I heard you called one of my employees a hypocrite and brought up politics" I replied with the WTF. "Those are the same words she accused me of and you are turning them around and saying I said that" I should have wrote those are the same words Sheryl said to me. Sheryl said "that we are all hypocrites and I bet you watch FOX"
