This morning my daughter, Cheyenne Brown, went to work as scheduled. Once she got there, they were having secret Santa. Marcy, the manager, started screaming at Cheyenne in front of everyone asking why she didn't bring a present. Tracy or Marcy one didnt put Cheyenne on the schedule for 2 weeks because "she forgot". Cheyenne tried to explain that she hadn't been on the schedule and didn't have money for a Christmas present. She (Marcy) kept yelling about how now someone wouldn't get a present. Cheyenne offered to get one and this woman kept screaming at my daughter. Cheyenne went in the back and was crying and literally everyone of the employees came back there and said absolutely nothing to Cheyenne, Marcy comes back there and tells her she needs to stop crying. Then Cheyenne leaves. Marcy still called Cheyenne wanting a gift from her.
Tracy the first time two weeks ago: Cheyenne was sick with a stomach bug and called the store, Tracy yelled and screamed at her over the phone and hung up on her. Cheyenne went in and tried to speak to Tracy and apologize for calling out and Tracy literally ignored her. That's when Cheyenne was (forgotten) to be put on the schedule.
Something needs to be done about these women. They are bullies and they do this in front of a store full of customers. Go pull the video and see what I'm talking about. If y'all don't do something about them, y'all will lose A LOT of business.
I expect to hear from y'all about some kind of action on this or I'm calling the labor board, BBB, and everyone else including media. No one should ever be talked to like that, especially my 18 year old daughter. They treat everyone bad including Joseph whom they call the dumb boy...he doesn't stand up for himself.
