Legitimate site but limited products
This is the official website for the Bealls retail stores in Florida. Their products and prices are real. I ordered a shirt and received it with no problems.
I did search some items in Google, and a link brought me to their item page. But then the item page said it was out of stock. So based on some other reviews, it's possible they don't have the most up-to-date inventory tracking. I know they can't link product availability to individual store inventories, unlike some other retailers.
Ultimately, they won't steal your money - it's not a bogus website. If the item ends up not being in stock, you'll get a refund or never be charged. I say, order with confidence.
Love this store! So many nice choices!
If you are looking for anything to wear on a vacation (clothing, jewelry, accessories) in a warm climate OR home furnishings where you would want to decorate for a summer like atmosphere, this is the place to shop. They offer a higher end of merrchandise than Walmart, Target, or any of the StageStores (Peebles, Palaus Royal, Goody's, Bealls). They do however offer some of the same merchandise as the StageStores so you do need to go back and forth between the two sites to see who offers the best deal. They offer different coupons everyday (anywhere from 15 to 30%) and free shipping-lower shipping depending on how much you spend. For example: Today- 30% off, $10 off $35, and there is no minimum free shipping. Needless to say, I ordered a lot this time. Great place to shop!
Horrible customer service
I have 3 bealls accounts, but currently was only using 1. I mostly been going to the outlet for the last year or so. And the customer service in the store is horrible. If you buy something and try to bring it back even with the receipt they won't take it and the last time I was there I didn't have my credit card so when they called bealls which i've had an account with for at least 9 yrs they were told it wasn't really me because they had the wrong birthday. When you initially get a credit card, you have to give them your date of birth and your social security number even if they didn't get the date of birth right your social security number is attached to your date of birth how could they have the wrong birthday going? Going further, customer service called me about the bill and I couldn't figure out why because I had made $100 payment through my bill pay. Turns out at the time that the payment was supposed to go through the site was down so it actually said that it had made the payment but it didn't and I couldn't recheck it so they told me that there would be a late fee of $39 assessed to my account and I asked them if I could make another hundred dollar payment to correct it would they take the late fee off they told me that wasn't their policy the best they could do is cut the $39 in half and that would be the only thing they could do. Needless to say, I was pretty upset specially, since $100 wasn't a minimum payment. Going forward the next month I made a $67 payment and the following month I paid $30, little did I know the minimum payment was $37 again they charge me $39 and they started calling me for a five times on a daily basis like I was a criminal. Remaining balance was a total of 64$, after I spoke to them, I said I would make a payment, but I had to check my checking account and they were really nasty about it, so I made a 65$ pmt thru bill pay.. Again, they called me actually two or three times and called me a liar and said they hadn't received the payment and that the total was due not the minimum payment and if they didn't immediately receive the payment they were going to charge me $39 again. I went into my checking account and read to them the payment having been sent to be processed and when I read it to them their response was well. Well it's gonna take three or four days and then it's gonna be late again I told them to freeze my card I wasn't going to close the account because I didn't want to affect my credit, considering the way they acted they probably closed it anyway, but I will never use their card again and I will not enter another bealls to shop. I'm done with them forever! I've been trying to get on the better business bureau site to file a complaint, but it keeps telling me that it's not available to leave a complaint at this time. Credit card payments are $29. Why there is 37 I have no idea. But at this point, it doesn't matter cause i'm done with them.!

Unacceptable Customer Service at Bealls Outlet in Kissimmee: Cashier Refuses Valid $100 Bill
So, my daughter went to Bealls Outlet in Kissimmee to buy some stuff worth $36.50. She gave the cashier a $100 bill, which the cashier marked and said it was fine. But then, the cashier called another employee to approve the bill, and that employee refused it and asked for another payment method. This is not cool at all, and my daughter is never going back to that store again! The cashier was Indian and had a bad attitude!
Great Deals, Frustrating Checkout: My Bealls Outlet Experience

My husband and I recently visited Bealls Outlet and we were greeted with some strange looks from the associates. We decided to take a look around the store and noticed an associate smoking a vape at the corner of the purse section. The bathrooms were not in good condition either. There were tissues on the floor and it seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in a while. We also noticed some associates on their phones while on the clock and we didn't see any managers on the floor to supervise them.
When we were ready to check out, there was only one associate working the register. She called for help, but no one came and the line started to get longer. We even saw an associate popping pills behind the register, which was concerning.
Overall, our experience at Bealls Outlet was not a good one. We do not recommend shopping there due to their poor customer service and lack of cleanliness.
Terrible Customer Service and Product Quality at Bealls Outlet: A Frustrating Experience
I just had to share my experience with Bealls Outlet. I was so excited to order a Nike sweat suit from their website, but when it arrived, it was nothing like what I had ordered. The material was all wrong and the emblem was not what I had expected. I was so disappointed and immediately contacted my bank to try and get my money back.
When I spoke to a customer service representative named Mike, he was very rude and unhelpful. I explained to him how unhappy I was with the product, but he didn't seem to care. Eventually, he sent me a return slip in May, but when I tried to send the items back, I realized that the address on the bag was not legitimate.
Months went by and I didn't hear anything from Bealls Outlet. Then, out of the blue, I received a call from them saying that they never received the items back. I was so frustrated because I knew that I had sent them back in May and even checked with the US Postal Service to confirm that they had been returned to the correct address.
To make matters worse, the tracking information that Bealls Outlet sent me had a completely different name and address on it than the one that I had sent the package to. It was all very confusing and frustrating.
Overall, I would not recommend Bealls Outlet to anyone. Their customer service was terrible and the quality of their products was not up to par. I just wish that they would stop playing games and return my money. It's a shame that companies like this are allowed to stay in business.

I applied at Bealls for a postion in Lady Lake Florida. I received a automated interview and then was set up for a interview on 12/6 at 11:00. I received 3 text messages about the up coming interview, and also this morning. I was given the wrong address and called the manager Tammy to let her know I would be a couple of minutes late, she assured me it was fine. Know sooner when I sat down for the interview I was told no positions were available and she would keep my application on file. Not one question was asked and I wasnt there even 5 minutes. It was a waste of time and very unprofessional, since there were a number of occasions to inform me before hand I was very disappointed in the outcome.

As I walked to the front of the store I stopped the cart which was carrying 3 items I had picked up to turn my shall right side out and hang my purse on my shoulder as I was surveying the last display at the exit/registers. A woman, whom I will assume was the manager and who was leaving at about 6:00 p.m. stopped and looked down into my cart and said, "are you not going to get these." It wasn't the question but the way she asked as if I was abandoning my cart and leaving her stuck to put the items back. I said, "no, I was still shopping." It was rude and really none of her business but I know she was on her way out the door and as soon as I responded, she exited the store. It was so offensive, I put the items back on the shelf and left. I do business with my 5 children all the time there and have no had any bad experiences until now. It really left a sour taste in my mouth for Bealls which I also shop when we vacation in Florida. I hope someone talks to her about etiquette and service, it really makes a difference.

Bealls outlet credit card and bealls credit card
I have two separate accounts and have shopped at both stores. They are on automatic payment. I got a notice my Bealls outlet card was over drawn and noticed all of my Bealls charges went onto my Bealls outlet card. I was told when they gave me the new card the accounts would stay separate and that is why I still have two different credit limits. This affects your credit score.
Online shopping experience
I had shopped online, from Canada, the first time on the 4th. of February. There was a glitch at the start, once I entered my personal info, where I was re-directed to ask for a unique code before proceeding. I had to try a few times because the code was not sent immediately or not at all. I finally got a code and did some shopping on the 4th. of February and everything processed correctly and the delivery was made 4 days later at my address in Florida.
On the 9th. of February, I wanted to do a little more shopping online, purchased some items, and proceeded to same accounting and personal info page to finalize payment and all. A bigger glitch occurred and a message appeared a few times that the online order could not be processed and call customer care.
Horrible service on the phone (on phone 1 hour and 20 minutes), with inefficient people, unknowledgeable, who kept putting me on hold for 10 minutes at a time to try to figure out the issue. This was between 4:40pm to 6:00pm at which time an automated machine cut me off because of closure. The only bizarre answer from the last person was I had to sign a letter for removal of "attorney representation". I was told that the cardholder — me — had placed that restraint on my card. False. I have had the Bealls card quite a while and had already shopped online with no issues.
I am still quite angry, puzzled, and accused of something I did not do. I had to recall Beallls today on the 10th. February, spoke to someone else, told her the peculiar problem I had and all she came back and said was I needed to sign a letter for removal of "attorney representation" because it usually is the cardholder to place that wording on the account and that she was reading what was on my account. I said I never, ever made that kind of statement and am still suspicious, that something is not right, by me, and perhaps my account had been compromised.
Back and forth with no progress, I said to close my account and cancel my card. I have a balance of 117.00 to pay soon and that is it.
I am appalled at this situation after several years of having a Bealls credit card and angry that no one could solve this for me. I am 71 years old, and I will let friends know of appalling customer service at Bealls and I do have a lot of friends in Florida, as I have had a home there several years.

Injury at store
I as shopping at the Lady Lake outlet store on 02/04/23. I took at calendar of the bottom shelf. It was the first one. Turned to put in my cart and the rest of the heavy glass framed calendars fell onto my right knee. There was broken glass all over and had some trouble lifting them off, as scared I was going to get cut and I am on blood thinners. Once got them off my leg, I put my cart in front of the area to get an employee for help. The first employee I found when asked if she worked there was "yes but I am on break" she was on her phone walking to front of store. I told her I needed help and what happened, and she continued walking, did not even ask if I was ok or immediately help. About 5 minutes later an employee came back to help and clean up the broken glass. She asked if I was alright, and I told her my leg hurt but was not cut. She did not do a report of injury, just continued to clean up glass.
This could have turned out much worse as I have significant bruising to my right lateral knee and leg. If had been cut could have bleed to death due the blood thinners I am on.
The way that these heavy non-tempered glass framed items are currently stored are a major safety concern and should be promptly addressed.
Desired outcome: I want to be contact by company as sustained injury and should be appropriately addressed.

Greetings! Eye go by my birth name of BolaniLe Patterson, I am new here to the lovely Sierra Vista as I am a service worker through AmeriCorps and Echoing Hope Ranch.
The residents at EHR have some disabilities and we were out doing some Christmas shopping for them to pick out gifts for employees and their relatives.
Eye ran across a pair of shoes in the clearance section. Being that they were both the same shoe. One marked with a yellow sticker with the pricing of 12. 00 and some change and the other that did not have the marked down price with a white sticker of 14. 00 and some change. It was a grey gym show like cloth shoe. /shoe strings.
I was told to bring it up to the register in hopes of purchasing the lessor yellow tag sticker placed inside the shoe of the 12.00. The sells lady went back to get the manager who happened to be African American Manger came up and proceeded to tell me that she could not give me the lower price of the same identical shoe because they were different shipments.
Be it that I have some experience working in retail as a manager myself, I know as a manager you can make a call on providing the customer some flexibility with pricing. Meaning you have some wiggle room on pricing when needed. Well she did nothing of a sort. I'm thinking its the Holidays and could not see why she would not accommodate and lower the pricing to the yellow tag sticker of the 12.00 for the exact same shoe, that mind you looked very warned. Especially after we had all purchased something from Bealls that evening of 12-11-2022 around 5ish. if you care to look at the video taping.
She made absolutely no provisions to accommodate me nor the residents of EHR who had come into the Sierra Vista store to purchase Christmas presents. As there were five of us in total. She actually in my opinion seemed to be low key rude and I felt a little reverse discrimination in my humble opinion. Also that budgets are limited.
I don't know if this is Bealls standard practices of treating consumers this way but eye left feeling very disappointed and not wanting to frequent any Bealls Store going forward. Eye am not attempting to stir the pot but its the principle to me. If 5 people enter a Bealls Store and all make purchases what would discounting a pair of shoes really lose for the store itself? I walked away not purchasing the shoes but did purchase something else.

I have had a bealls cc for 12 years. I have gotten a bill via email for 426.30. I did not make any charges on my cc. Called the bealls customer service line and was told I had to call comenity bank. I have made 4 calls to them. Have gotten through once. Wait time is well over 56 minutes which I cannot hold that long! I have tried to sign into my account online and it tells me that is not the correct sign in for. #that is not my account! The one time I did get through to come it’s I cancelled my cc. There has been a breach at bealls and comenity bank! And you will receive no help from either company!,

I am appalled by the racism that I have experienced at your store from the Area Manager. She was very unprofessional and repeatedly said, "there is no openings" but I was called in for the interview. Manager chanell Skelton at Bealls outlet of Columbus, Ga on 350 Macon Rd. is very rude to co workers. I put in a notice that is effective immediately due to personal issues that I could not work around. Chanell acted very out of character and began talking to me very unprofessional and rude. She began making me feel bad about having personal issues that caused me to suddenly have to resign my position. She was not understanding at all and she was very rude. Although she raised her voice at me this time, she also has talked to me unprofessional on a number of occasions since I first began working there. She is also know to talk to customers in a very rude way and she does not make her co workers feel welcome. She comes into work with attitudes and takes them out on everyone and this is very unprofessional being that she is a manager. I have never experienced anything like this before. Chanell Skelton was in fact very rude to me today and I have always been genuine. I never raised my voice at her I only notified her of the problems that I was facing which would cause me to have to resign.Her actions brought tears to my eyes causing me to have a break down on my way home. I just don’t understand how someone could be so inconsiderate of others feelings. I have so much going on in my life right now and she has only made me feel worse about everything.

Personal injury and Safety concern Beals outlet store in Destin Florida
Please know that I visited your outlet store in Destin looking for pool towels. The store is all white with white floors. There is a metal pillar in the middle of a large isle that goes from floor to ceiling and blends in with it's surroundings. I walked r into the pillar hitting the right side of my head. It almost knocked me out. My head is still sore to the touch on the right side a week later. One of your associates told me "oh this happens all the time". Please paint this pillar a bright color and protect around the metal so this does not happen to someone else. A manager identified her self as the district manager. I was given a bag of ice for my head.

Gift boxes
Last year your stores quit the gift wrap service. Not only that, you quit giving out boxes, by a customer service representative or by letting a customer pick up a box on there own. Your company uses the excuse that with Covid you discontinued the services.
I certainly can't understand why the gift wrapping service and having available boxes effects your decision and what it has to do with Covid. Your customer service employee do have face to face contact, as do your cashiers. Covid does not live on hard surfaces. So really the only reason there are no boxes is that your company can save money on the boxes and hiring seasonal help.
I also shop a lot and Dillard's, they have boxes at no charge and gift wrapping, which they charge for!
I was at your store in Inveness this morning and just spent 106.28 on gifts for two recently born infants in my family. No box! Need to mail the gifts to Illinois. Hard to do without a box.
The reason I'm complaining is that over the 14 years I have lived in Florida I have shopped and spent a lot of money at Bealls. Christmas season is fast approaching and if you do not have boxes available I will not be doing my Christmas shopping at your stores as you need a box to wrap presents.

I was in the Bealls Outlet on Wickham Road today, 9/17/2021 at approximately 2:3o pm. I had to wait in line for about 10 minutes while two woman in front of me checked out. The first one, I think the mother, went to pay and then told the cashier she had forgot her purse and did not have her credit card and could the clerk save her items until she went home. The clerk offered to look up her account, but had difficulty, since the woman did not have ID, like a drivers license. The manager came up and told the clerk she would save the items for the woman, but then tried something else on the computer and said there that worked. She approved the woman's purchases with out ANY ID? Then she proceeded to to tell the clerk, don't you ever do that.
I really think your company has procedures in place to protect customer's? It makes me really uncomfortable to think you approve someone's use of a credit card based on them tell you what you want to hear? Address, etc.
I did not find the manager's actions appropriate, especially with lots of identity theft happening.

Monday, May 10, 2021, I went to Bealls outlet in Plant City, FL to return or exchange a clearance crystal turtle since I could not get it open. I asked when I bought it if it was perfume and was told "yes". The clerk said it was "just a turtle and since my receipt was over 30 days, no refund". I accepted that, made another purchase and left. On May 17th, I was again in Bealls outlet in Plant City, and surprised to see the turtle I had returned on the "clearance shelf" again.
My complaint is since they planned to put it out to sell again, I should have been offered that amount subtracted from the item I was purchasing on May 10th.
Desired outcome: Bealls Outlets needs to be more fair with shoppers that come every Monday because it is Senior's discount day.
Employment
I was let go from store #430 for no apparent reason when I asked for an explanation I was told they did't have to give me one because I was on probation. I am one of the few men working at the store. Never missed a days work and when I was there work hard. I am a senior and disabled. I wouldnt never enter that store as a customer or suggest anyone I know to apply for employment there.

Hi, I was in the bealls outlet in calhoun Ga, and let me just tell you, the customer service was AWFUL! No one spoke to me the entire time I was in there, and when I needed assistance, everyone I asked looked at me like I was dumb and acted as if they knew nothing about their store. As I continued to shop i couldn't help but see other customers needing help / checking out, and all the employees or managers, cutting up and chit chatting like they didnt have a care in the world about the store or the customers VERY VERY disappointed WHERE WERE THE HIGHER UPS!?
