I LOVE this website! I have bought everything from perfume, to shoes, to clothes to jewlery on boscovs! I LOVE IT! Prices are unbeatable, style is awesome and they have mens, womens and kids clothes (brand name) for deep deep discounts!

I went straight to the Web Deals section of Boscovs where they add new items weekly and found some phenominal deals! Plus free shipping on orders over $49. They have everything from home furniture to clothing and jewelry. I love this site!

Boscov's Department Store My new favorite!

Just began ordering from Boscov's and I'm in love! Merchandise is high quality, but the customer service and shipping takes the cake! Very fast from online order to delivery. Items are packed with utmost care! I love that this retailer so obviously cares for their customers that I will be back often! Thank you Boscov's!

Boscov's Department Store I discovered Boscovs a couple of years ago. It is now my go-to store for almost everything!

Sick of the "Mart" store? Go to Boscov's. I am addicted to their curtain department! Huge selection! Cheap prices make it a winner! I am always surprised that the store is no mobbed! It has high-end and economy choices for everything! A big and tall shop for men that can't be beat! And did I mention the prices? Unbelievable. The only "department" that is not represented is hardware and tools. Furniture and mattresses, clothes and shoes. And did I mention curtains? GO THERE! You will not be disappointed! I am a retiree and my only regret is that they are not closer

Boscov's Department Store Unbeatable Deals and Free Shipping: My Positive Experience Shopping at Boscov's

I gotta say, I was a little hesitant to shop at Boscov's again after my last experience with the shipping cost. But boy, am I glad I gave them another chance! I was on the hunt for some new outfits for the upcoming holiday season, and I stumbled upon their website a few days before Black Friday. And let me tell you, they had some killer deals going on.

I ended up buying two dresses and a suit, and I only paid $105 for all three! And get this, there was no charge for shipping. I couldn't believe it. One of the dresses was even a name brand Tahari, and I know for a fact that if I had bought it at Macy's, it would have cost me at least double what I paid at Boscov's.

When my order arrived, I was thrilled with the quality of the suit and one of the dresses. The other dress was a little flimsy, but it was still a cute dress. And all three outfits fit me perfectly! I do want to note that I made sure to read the reviews on the website before making my purchase. One of the reviews suggested going up a size, so I did, and it worked out great.

It took about five days from the time I placed my order to the time I received it, which I think is pretty reasonable. Overall, I'm really happy with my experience shopping at Boscov's this time around. The deals were unbeatable, the quality was great, and the shipping was free. What more could you ask for?

Boscov's Department Store Terrible Customer Service and Poor Quality Products from Boscovs

Boscovs is not a company that I would recommend dealing with. They do not return phone calls or properly answer any emails. Instead, you get computer-generated emails and responses that do not address your situation. Recently, I received an item from them that was broken. To my surprise, the packing slip told me that I had to pay to return any items. Nowhere did it say anything about damaged items that won't close as they were poorly packaged.

I was extremely disappointed when I received a Barbie case for my granddaughter that would not close. She cannot carry it, and the dolls in the clothes will fall out. This looks like dollar store garbage, and I paid $15.99 plus $10 shipping for this crap! What I bought was complete garbage, and I regret dealing with this company. I will never deal with them again, and if you're smart, you'll stay away from them too!

Boscov's Department Store Boscov's: Quality Shoes at a Reasonable Price - A Review

I was looking for my brother's favorite shoes when I stumbled upon Boscov's website. I was skeptical at first, but I decided to give it a try because my brother really needed those shoes. I was worried that they might not have the model he wanted since it had been years since he last bought them. To my surprise, Boscov's had them in stock!

I placed my order and was pleasantly surprised when the shoes arrived quickly. They were not old stock, but brand new! I have had bad experiences in the past where I bought shoes online and received old stock that did not hold up well. But with Boscov's, I got exactly what I wanted and my brother loves his new shoes.

I am so glad that I found Boscov's and will definitely return in the future. I will also recommend this site to my friends who are looking for quality shoes at a reasonable price. Thank you, Boscov's, for exceeding my expectations and providing excellent service.

Boscov's Department Store Boscov's Discriminates Against Customers with Medical Conditions: My Unpleasant Experience

Boscov's is a store that I have been shopping at for a long time. I have a medical condition that allows me to shop without a mask, and Boscov's has always been accommodating to me. However, my recent experience at the store was not a pleasant one. Three weeks ago, I went to the store as usual, but I was verbally attacked by a woman who demanded to know what my medical condition was and if I had proof. This behavior is against the law, but the woman did not seem to care. She even threatened to call security and have me thrown out of the store.

I asked to speak to a manager, hoping that he would be able to resolve the situation. However, the manager was just as rude and unhelpful as the woman. He told me that I had to leave the store and that I would have to try on shoes at home. I was shocked and disappointed by his behavior. To make matters worse, the manager was wearing a mask that was two sizes too small, which made it difficult for him to speak clearly.

I was so upset by this experience that I decided to file a report with the ADA. I believe that Boscov's should be held accountable for their employees' behavior. I will never shop at Boscov's again. I believe that customer service is everything, regardless of a customer's condition. As an American, I believe that we should be free to shop without fear of discrimination or harassment. Boscov's needs to do better.

Boscov's Department Store Boscov's Promo Code Scam: Frustrating Experience with Online Shopping and Credit Card Offers

I recently had an experience with Boscov's that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I was excited to make a purchase on their website and had a promo code that I wanted to use to get a good deal. However, I quickly found out that I was not allowed to use the promo code unless I had a Boscov's credit card. This was frustrating because I didn't want to open a credit card just to use a promo code.

To make matters worse, I was told that if I signed up for a credit card, I would receive $20.00 off a purchase of $100.00. This sounded like a great deal, but I soon found out that the coupon could only be used in their physical stores. This was a problem for me because I live on the other side of the country and don't have a Boscov's store nearby. I felt like this was a scam because they didn't make it clear that the coupon was only valid in-store.

Overall, I was disappointed with my experience with Boscov's. I feel like they are taking advantage of customers who want to get a good deal. I won't be shopping with them again because of this experience. If you're an online shopper who doesn't have a Boscov's credit card, you won't be allowed to use a promo code. And if you do sign up for a credit card and don't live near a Boscov's store, don't bother trying to use the $20.00 off coupon because it's just a scam.

Boscov's Department Store Online Payment Issues at Boscov's: A Frustrating Experience

I really enjoy shopping at Boscov's. They always have something that catches my eye and when they have sales, the prices are pretty good. However, I prefer to shop online and either pick up my items curbside or have them delivered to me. It's tough for me to shop in the store because my knees hurt and I can't walk around for too long. Unfortunately, I've run into a problem when trying to purchase items online. It seems that I can't complete my purchase no matter how hard I try. I've attempted to buy things on different occasions, with different orders, and using different browsers on three different computers and my phone. But every time, I get stuck at the "Make a Payment" stage and the website just stops working.

The first time I encountered this issue, I finally managed to complete my purchase after five days of trying. I even called customer service for help, but they couldn't do anything to fix the problem. However, when I tried to buy something again a month or so later, even using my phone didn't work. It's really frustrating because sometimes there are better discounts online that I can't take advantage of because I can't complete my purchase. I don't want to call customer service to place an order because I prefer the convenience of shopping online.

I'm sure that Boscov's has lost a lot of business because of this issue. It's a shame because I really like their products and would love to continue shopping there. I hope that they can fix this problem soon so that I can make purchases online without any issues.

Boscov's Department Store Boscov's Needs More Shopping Carts: A Frustrating Experience

I drove a long way, about 40 miles, to get to Boscov's on a Sunday, December 18, 2022. When I arrived, I was disappointed to find that there were no shopping carts available in the parking lot. My girlfriend needed a cart to lean on while we shopped, and we had quite a few gifts to purchase. Unfortunately, she had to wait in the car while I went inside to look for a cart.

Once inside, I searched the store but could only find one cart for every 25 to 30 shoppers. Most of the shoppers were 50 years old or older. I hope the upper management realizes how stupid this is. It's much easier to shop with a cart than to carry everything around. How is a 65-year-old woman supposed to carry an air fryer oven to the checkout line and then to the car? It's just not practical.

I went to customer service and asked to speak with a manager. The person I spoke with agreed with my frustration and said they constantly tell upper management that they need more carts. It seems like common sense to me that if customers can't carry everything they want to buy, they won't buy as much. This hurts the bottom line by 40 to 50 percent.

It's time for someone to give the upper management a common sense pill. Or maybe they should find a different chain to run and let smarter chimpanzees take over.

Boscov's Department Store Unhelpful Customer Service and Unfair Policies: My Experience with Boscov's

I recently had an experience with Boscov's that left me feeling quite frustrated. I had ordered 7 delicate items online and it took an incredibly long time for them to arrive. When they finally did, I was disappointed to see that the outside shipping box was damaged. Upon closer inspection, I realized that the company had cut down the sides of the box, which weakened its integrity.

To make matters worse, two of the items inside were also damaged. I immediately called the 800 number to report the issue. After waiting on hold for about 5 minutes, I was connected with a customer service agent who asked me a bunch of questions about my order and the problem I was experiencing. However, after all that, I was transferred to another agent, which took a whopping 20 minutes for them to answer. I had to go through the entire process again, as none of the information transferred over from the first agent.

When I finally explained the problem to the second agent, they informed me that their policy was that I would have to wait for them to receive reimbursement for the damaged items before they would ship me a replacement order. And if I wanted to receive the replacement order sooner, I would have to pay for a new order plus shipping. This seemed incredibly unfair to me, especially since the box would not be claim settled by Fedex due to the company's decision to cut down the sides of the box.

To make matters even worse, the supervisor of the agent I was speaking with accused me of lying and demanded proof of the damage. I emailed them pictures of the damaged items and the box, but at this point, I am not only out the Valentine's Day gift I had ordered, but I am also out the money I spent on it.

Overall, I would not recommend Boscov's to anyone. Their customer service was frustrating and unhelpful, and their policies seem designed to protect the company rather than the customer. Save yourself the time and money and shop elsewhere.

Boscov's Department Store Exceptional Customer Service and Quality Merchandise at Boscov's

Boscov's is a store that we recently discovered at the Eastwood mall in Niles, OH, which is about 17 miles away from our home. We usually only go to the mall for Sam's gas, but now we have a new reason to visit more often. The store is massive, and the quality of the merchandise is excellent. The prices are also very reasonable, and in some cases, even better than other competitors.

But that's not all that makes Boscov's stand out. We went in just to browse, but we ended up finding an expensive item that we had been searching for, for months. We were ready to purchase it on the spot, but the sales rep suggested that we apply for a Boscov's credit card. Unfortunately, there was a problem with the process. My wife had a Boscov's account in San Antonio, TX, which she had forgotten about, and it took almost TWO HOURS to sort everything out and change the information.

Cassandra was a lifesaver. She stayed with us the entire time, even missing or delaying her lunch break, to help us through the process. Michelle and the manager also pitched in, as did the customer service staff. Without their help, we probably would have left without making a purchase.

We were so impressed with the service that we received that we will definitely be returning to Boscov's. We even completed all of our transactions on our cell phone, which was very convenient.

During our time at customer service, we also witnessed other customers returning merchandise. They were treated with the utmost courtesy and efficiency, and we didn't hear any complaints from them.

Overall, we highly recommend Boscov's for their excellent merchandise, fair prices, and exceptional customer service. We are grateful for the help that we received and will definitely be returning in the future.

Boscov's Department Store Boscov's Review: Poor Customer Service and Shoddy Merchandise

I recently tried shopping at Boscov's for the first time in July, but it has been nothing but a headache since then. It has been 2.5 weeks, and I still haven't received a resolution to my problems. Firstly, they placed a hold of $600 on my bank account for items that had already been charged but not shipped. When I called to have it removed, it was a nightmare. I had to spend 2 hours on the phone with 6 discourteous and unhelpful customer service reps. They even disconnected the call three times, and one of them told me that their phones are rigged to hang up on people after 10 minutes. I found that evasive, in my opinion. To top it off, they sent me a rude email telling me to contact my bank if I need further assistance understanding the holds procedure.

A few days later, my merchandise started arriving, but it was in deplorable condition. The items were carelessly thrown in bags and dumped in boxes. They even placed a pair of shoes, completely unwrapped, on top of lingerie, also completely unwrapped, in a bag in a loosely packed box and shipped it across the country! The lingerie was pulled and snagged, and it was certainly not in new condition. A pair of shoes arrived with debris on the upper and signs of wear and tear on the sole. They appeared to have been worn and were not in new condition. Many other items appeared to have been worn and returned, showing signs of filth such as foul aromas and smears. In fact, the only merchandise from Boscov's that arrived in new and acceptable condition were 4 pairs of men's pajamas, still in their factory packaging.

I thought I was ordering merchandise and paying for it to be delivered to my home in perfect condition. That did not happen. As it turns out, I paid for the inconvenience and waste of time and money spending 2 hours on the phone babysitting rude and unhelpful staff while they fix Boscov's accounting mistakes. I also paid for the inconvenience of photographing and documenting their shoddy, careless packaging and the damaged merchandise it produced. I even had to waste my time sending 9 emails, including photos and explanations, without achieving resolution. Their best offer was to "send it back, and we will refund you when we get our merch back." Boscov's wants to blame UPS so they can avoid losing money. On the other hand, Macy's offered an immediate replacement at no extra charge or further inconvenience to me. I received an email confirming this within moments, and my replacement will be here in 3 days. All they required from me was to "please safely dispose of damaged items." I love them for that!

At the same time, I had placed orders with Macy's, Target, Vitacost, Vitaglo, and several others. No one else placed holds on my account for money they had already deducted or received, even the large orders. Everything arrived in ship-shape condition, except for one item, which was very easily resolved in less than 5 minutes with one phone call. This was Macy's, and their customer service is outstanding. I will continue to shop there, but NOT at Boscov's. I have over 25 years of retail employment experience (and even more shopping experience :D), and let me tell you, Boscov's is doing it all wrong. Don't waste your hard-earned money and precious time there. You will be ripped off and treated poorly.

Boscov's Department Store Boscov's does it all wrong, worse than Southwest and Concast combined- better off flushing your $

I shopped at Boscov's for the first time this July and have had nothing but problems with them since, 2.5 weeks and no resolution yet.
First they fished around in my bank account by placing a hold in the ammount of $600 for items that had already been charged to my account but not shipped. I called to have them remove the illegitimate charge & it was a nightmare. It took 2 hours, 6 discourteous, unhelpful and ill-natured customer "service" reps, 3 disconnects( i was told by Felix their phones are rigged to hang up on ppl after 10 minutes, rather evasive, imo) and a rude email telling me to contact my bank if i need further assistance understanding the holds procedure.
A few days later my merchandise began to arrive in deplorable condition.

Boscov's Department Store On October 24, 2021, my husband and I purchased a mattress from a salesperson at Boscov's.

On October 24, 2021, my husband and I purchased a mattress from a salesperson at Boscov's. During our conversation, I asked if our old mattress would be removed. The salesperson reassured us that our old mattress would be removed, as Boscov's only refuses to take water beds. Before finalizing the sale, I confirmed again that our old mattress would be taken away without issues. The salesperson reassured us once more. However, on November 6, when our new mattress was delivered, the delivery team refused to remove the old mattress, stating that Boscov's does not accept Sleep Number beds. Despite explaining that we were assured of the removal service, one delivery person walked away mid-conversation, and the other, while completing the paperwork, simply stated that they don't accept them. The paperwork indicated 'removal of box spring & mattress if haul away service is indicated.' I pointed this out, but the delivery person repeated their refusal. Boscov's seems to have conflicting policies: sales staff reassure items will be removed as part of the service, while delivery staff refuse to honor this policy. My paperwork did not state that my old bedding would not be removed, leaving me with an unexpected $50 expense to pay a scrapper. I was told by Boscov's that my old bedding would be removed. This discrepancy between sales and delivery feels like a bait-and-switch tactic. I want Boscov's to reimburse the $50 I had to pay and to honor their commitments made at the time of sale.

I would like to file complaint. My mother brought me a gift card for Christmas and gave it to me last month i am trying to order item and it was not working. I called the balance toll free number and it says it cannot progress. I do not think cashier actives the card right. I have enclosed images

I would like to make complaint regards to Boscov's Order:[protected]. I placed order on April 4/12/2022. i ordered *** Tray Stripe 3pc. Comforter Set and ***? Mattress Protector. Two items shipped in different boxes. they shipped both packages out that day and i got the protector not the comforter set. On 4/12/2022 it said on *** tracking i would have this by Friday April 15, 2022. On Friday the *** tracking showed it was still in PA and i would have it by Sunday April 17 ,2022. Last night April 17 *** changed the tracking status to Scheduled delivery: Pending. The shipment of my package stopped. I talked to *** from Boscovs live chat and she said this is not lost and i would have to wait 10 more days to file complaint with Boscovs. I do not live far from NORTHAMPTON, PA to Walden NY only 2 hours so i should of gotten it next day. Boscov's as of yesterday, 4/22/22, took out of my checking account double the payment due for this month. As a result I have a negative balance and nothing left to pay my other bills. I was told that it will take three to five days for the money to be put back in my checking account. This is not at acceptable because I need the money now. The error was on their part and it should be resolved immediately because this has caused an overdraft in my checking account and I have nothing left. I intend to close my Boscov's account and possibly file for bankruptcy because of this huge error on their part. I would like to see this issue resolved immediately!

I had purchased 2 pocketbooks from Boscovs in Wilmington, Delaware within the last month and both of them were defective. I took one back already and now I have to take the other one back as well. They were $24.99 each and they were both defective which is unacceptable. I thought Boscovs sold quality merchandise but I have since changed my mind.

Boscov's Department Store For Christmas a couple loves to shop for our daughters

For Christmas a couple loves to shop for our daughters. This year they couldn't because the wife had back surgery so she purchased two- $150 gift cards to Boscov's and asked me to do the shopping for her. Three days ago I put in a big online purchase of 24 items. I put the two gift cards in and hit complete purchase. There was an issue with my billing address. I thought it was due to the fact that I was only using gift cards, so there wasn't anything to verify my address with (like a debit card). So, I added an extra item and put the order thru again, this time putting the two gift cards thru, plus my debit card thinking there would not be issues with my billing address now. There was still an issue with my billing address. I called the number they provided. The number said they would have someone call back within 24 hours. No one did. No one called back in that 24 hours or the following 24 hours either. In the meantime, numerous sales items in my cart were disappearing because they were selling out. I was becoming very frustrated. I originally had 24 items in my cart. After continuously having to replace items that were selling out to others, I now only had 16 because I had to replace them with more expensive ones. It's been 3 days. I've spoken with Boscov's associates from my local Boscov's in Erie, Pa and I've spoken to associates in the credit department and although they have tried to help me, all 6-9 associates that I have spoken with could not help because they all said that only one line of associates can help and no one (including the Boscov's associates) can get thru to that line. I was finally just going to give in and go to the store to shop although I really don't want to and shouldn't because I am high risk but now I can't because both my gift card balances read zero. I have tried to find out if there is an online order out there somewhere that partially went thru with my gift cards but no one will get back to me. I even emailed them. So now, I have no online order, I have $300 in gift cards that now have a zero balance! I just want to either know if I do have an online order out there somewhere that these gift cards did partially pay for that I can complete or if their online system goofed up, then I just want a new set of gift cards activated for me so I can get my shopping done before this sale ends. I have already lost out on some really great outfits that I literally watched disappear from my cart one by one. This has been a very frustrating and terribly disappointing experience and I'm sure if the couple that purchased these gift cards knew this was happening they would never buy them to here again.

Hello. I purchased a mattress for my daughter on 12/2/16 and basically it has terrible sagging, lack of support and was obviously defective. I've been back and forth with Boscov's too many times to count, starting on 9/15/21. (we recently moved and I found the receipt) They did indeed send someone out to check/measure the bed to confirm (not without begging/pleading/ many emails and phone calls). On 11/6/21, . *** came out to confirm what I stated above. In fact, his pictures indicated a more than 2" dent/compression/sag in the mattress. I work full time and it is difficult to answer my cell phone, and messages left are very generic. I'd like to resolve this issue and get the new mattress deserving to us. I do not have time to be on hold 20 minutes at a time or more. Please help us resolve getting the new mattress the warranty covers and support for my daughter's back.

I purchased two items (order number ***) from Boscovs online. The following week the same items were on sale. I contacted Boscos to see if they had a price match guarantee. I received an email the next day from Boscovs customer service saying they did have a price match guarantee and requested the order number and item numbers. I responded to the email and provided them with order and item numbers. I did not receive a response, so I emailed customer service again. Still no response. In total, I have contacted customer service 4 times with no response.

Boscovs or *** keeps telling me I need to pay more and more and more every month! I'm told pay this certain amount to pay the balance and I paid it but next month its a new balance with a new amount and I'm just getting so mad because they just keep sending me bills when it was suppose to be paid off in august and the fees are outrageous. You can see from the picture that it says my balance in august was $157.69 august 28 they received my payment of $157.69 then somehow they came up with a new balance in sept foe $151.79 then because I paid the balance off in august I didn't pay the new sept balance and as of today they want me to pay over $300

Boscov's Department Store Outdoor Furniture cushions

Early this summer I purchased 4 seat cushions and 2 throw pillows (Jordan, red and black floral)

They were supposed to have UV protection.

After only a few months they are faded. I like the cushions very much, I am not sure the cushions I purchased, ever received the protective treatment. I would like to have the items replaced.

Boscov's Department Store Customer service

Shopping for a dress for a wedding. I have a boot cast on. I found one dress that was short enough I didn't trip over it. I spoke to an associate with short red hair. She said, "It's going to show your boot as it comes up on the side," she told me this 3 times. I was still looking at the dress and saw it was like pants and said, Oh it's pants" She replied, "Yes it is pants" in a not so pleasant tone. I just looked at her. I said all your dresses are too long and she just stared at me. I was shocked she did not take the time to help me find a dress however, she had time to socialize with her co-workers complaining about someone else. I was very disappointed in the lack of customer service this day at around 1 pm.

Boscov's Department Store Disappointed with Boscov's Online Store: Delayed Delivery and Rescheduling Issues

So, I gotta say, I'm a little disappointed with Boscov's. I mean, I ordered some summer clothes for my kiddo like 12 days ago and I still haven't gotten them. Can you believe that? And get this, I've already had to reschedule the delivery date three times! Like, what's the deal, Boscov's? I thought you were supposed to be a reliable online store.

Now, don't get me wrong, the prices were pretty good. I mean, that's why I ordered from them in the first place. But I didn't expect to be waiting this long. I could have just ordered from Amazon and gotten my stuff in like 3 days. But no, I had to try and support a different store and now I'm regretting it.

I live out in the boonies, so going to a physical store is a real pain in the butt. But I guess that's what I'll have to do if I ever shop with Boscov's again. I mean, I don't want to be waiting around for weeks for my stuff to arrive. That's just ridiculous.

Anyway, I can't really speak to the quality of the clothes I ordered since I haven't gotten them yet. But honestly, at this point, I'm just hoping they arrive at all.

Boscov's Department Store Terrible Customer Service and Outdated Practices at Boscov's - A Frustrating Experience

I had a really bad experience with Boscov's. Their customer service is terrible. I placed an order online and only found out afterwards that I wouldn't receive my items in time for Christmas. They didn't offer any faster shipping options. They did offer curbside pickup, but every item I tried to get was out of stock. I spent three whole hours on hold trying to talk to someone about changing my delivery or cancelling my order, but when I finally got through, the lady on the phone told me she couldn't help me because she didn't work in that department. It was so frustrating!

Honestly, I don't think Boscov's is going to last much longer. They seem like they're stuck in the past, like they're still living in the 19th century. They're just like the old Woolworth and A&P stores that used to be around. I wouldn't waste my money there if I were you.

Boscov's Department Store Unreliable and Shady: My Experience with Boscov's

I gotta say, I'm not too thrilled with Boscov's. I've had a few run-ins with them this year and let me tell you, it's been a real headache. First off, I ordered something and when it arrived, it was damaged. They said they'd refund me some of the money, but when I checked my account, the discount wasn't there. Instead, they took more money out of my account! What kind of shady business is that?

Then, I ordered something else and it took FOREVER to get here. And to top it off, they charged me the wrong price! Of course, it was in their favor. I mean, come on, can't they get anything right?

But the real kicker was when I checked my bank account almost two months later and saw that Boscov's had charged me for a purchase I never made! What the heck, man? I'm not made of money, I can't just let them take whatever they want.

Honestly, I can't say I'm too pleased with their service. The products might be okay, but if you can't trust the company you're buying from, what's the point?

Boscov's Department Store Boscov's Cancelled My Order and Still Hasn't Refunded Me - Terrible Customer Service!

I recently had an experience with Boscov's that left me feeling pretty frustrated. I had found an item on their website that I really wanted, and it said that it was in stock. So, I went ahead and placed my order, spending over 50 dollars in the process.

However, six days later, I received an email from Boscov's saying that they actually didn't have the item in stock after all, and that they were canceling my order. I was pretty disappointed, but I figured that at least I would get a refund for my purchase.

Unfortunately, it's now been a month since my order was canceled, and I still haven't received my refund. When I reached out to Boscov's customer service, they told me that I needed to take it up with my bank. The problem is, I had used a reloadable Green Dot card from H&R Block to make my purchase, and even H&R Block's records show that I haven't received a refund.

I'm really frustrated by this whole situation. I know that I've gotten refunds with my Green Dot card before, and they usually show up within a couple of hours. So, either Boscov's made a mistake and forgot to issue my refund, or they flat out stole my money. Either way, I'm out over 50 bucks, and I'm not happy about it.

This was my first time shopping at Boscov's, and I have to say that it will probably be my last. I don't appreciate being treated this way as a customer, and I don't think that I can trust them to handle my purchases in the future.

Boscov's Department Store Boscov's: Dishonest and Greedy - A Warning to Shoppers

I recently purchased a sofa from Boscov's in December of 2021. Unfortunately, my experience with them was less than satisfactory. They charged me for a sectional that I never received, and when I spoke with several representatives, they lied to me about the delivery date. It was a frustrating experience, to say the least.

Finally, I spoke with Melissa at ***940, and I have our conversation recorded. She promised me a credit of $1,000 on my credit card, but when I received it, it was only $600. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with the situation. I feel like this store is all about greed and money, and they don't care about their customers.

I waited for 10 months for my sectional, and it never arrived. I even called the news, the BBB, and the attorney general to report this issue. I believe that Boscov's should be boycotted for their poor customer service and dishonesty.

I want my credit for $1,000, and I think that Melissa should be fired for lying to me. I don't want anyone else to have to go through what I did. I think that Costco has better prices and better customer service, and I will be shopping there from now on.

In conclusion, I would not recommend shopping at Boscov's. They are dishonest, greedy, and do not care about their customers. If you want a better shopping experience, go to Costco instead.

Boscov's Department Store Boscov's Online Store Review: Decent Deals, Good Quality, Dreadful Website

Boscov's is a pretty decent online store, but you gotta have some patience and a good chunk of time to spare. They do have some pretty good deals from time to time, but the problem is that if you wanna see a picture of the product, it takes forever to load. And if you wanna see the product in other colors, well, you don't always have that option. It's kinda hit or miss with their sale prices and sizes available, so you gotta keep an eye out for that.

But I gotta say, the quality of the clothes and shoes is pretty good. And if you gotta return something, it's super easy to do it at the store. The only thing that really sucks is their website. It's just dreadful. I mean, I took their survey and gave 'em some feedback, but I don't know if they're gonna do anything about it.

Overall, I'd say Boscov's is kinda like Kohls. It's not as fancy as Macy's, but it's a little more formal than Target. So if you're lookin' for somethin' in that range, it's worth checkin' out.

Boscov's Department Store Disappointing Experience with Boscov's Online Purchase: Smashed Wreath and Careless Packing

I recently made an online purchase from Boscov's, which included a cozy comforter, a stylish pair of shoes, and a beautiful wreath. Unfortunately, my excitement was short-lived when I received my package a few days later. The wreath was completely smashed and damaged, as it had been carelessly packed underneath the shoes and comforter. To make matters worse, the box had been modified to make it 2" shorter and was stuffed with paper on top of the items, causing the wreath to be severely compressed.

The wreath is made of delicate silk and natural, thin stems of wood, which were broken off in many small pieces. It was clear that whoever packed my order had no regard for the fragile nature of the wreath. It was almost as if they had intentionally packed it in a way that would cause damage. It was a frustrating experience, as I had been looking forward to displaying the wreath in my home.

Overall, I was disappointed with the lack of care and common sense that went into packing my order. It was clear that the person responsible for packing my items did not take the time to ensure that they were properly protected during transit. While I appreciate the convenience of online shopping, this experience has left me hesitant to make future purchases from Boscov's.

Boscov's Department Store Boscov's Charged Me Before Submitting My Order: Shadiest Experience with an Online Retailer

So, I was thinking of buying something online and decided to check out Boscov's website. I added some items to my cart and was about to submit my order when I saw that the prices were a bit higher than what I found on another website. I decided to cancel my order and buy from the other website instead. However, I was surprised to see that Boscov's still charged me for the items even though I didn't submit my order.

I called their customer service to ask what was going on and they told me that this is a normal practice. They said that the charge will be refunded in 3-5 days. I was like, "What the heck?" No other company in this country takes your money before you submit an order. This is the shadiest experience I've ever had with an online retailer.

Now, I have to spend more money to buy what I wanted from the other website. I'm so disappointed with Boscov's and I will never attempt to order anything from them again. It's no wonder why their customer experience ratings are so low.

Boscov's Department Store Poor Customer Service: My Disappointing Experience with Boscov's Furniture Delivery

I recently made a purchase on Boscov's website for a bed frame and mattress. Unfortunately, when the delivery guys arrived and opened the box, we discovered that the wood frame was cracked. I understand that accidents happen, but what really disappointed me was that customer service was closed on both Saturday and Sunday. As a result, I am now stuck sleeping on the floor until I can speak with someone on Monday. It's frustrating to think about how long it will take to get a new bed frame, especially since I have severe back and neck issues that require proper support.

It's disappointing that Boscov's would deliver furniture when customer service is closed. It seems like once they make the sale, they are done with you. I tried to get help in the store, but no one was able to assist me. As a first-time Boscov's customer, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and support. Boscov's Department Store Boscov's Customer Service Falls Short - A Frustrating Experience

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with Boscov's. I mean, I tried to exchange an item and it was like pulling teeth to get any help. They say they'll waive the shipping fee if you call for assistance, but good luck actually getting through to someone who knows what they're doing. The one time I did manage to talk to someone, they quoted me a price of $27.47, which seemed pretty steep for just exchanging something. When I asked if that was really the cost, they transferred me to someone else and I was left waiting for what felt like forever.

I tried calling them 11 times and sent a bunch of emails, but I still haven't gotten any resolution. It's frustrating because I really wanted to like Boscov's - they have some great stuff on their website - but their customer service just isn't up to par. I think I'm done with them, honestly. There are plenty of other retailers out there who actually care about their customers.

So, lesson learned. If you're thinking about shopping at Boscov's, just be aware that their customer service might not be the best. Maybe you'll have a better experience than I did, but I wouldn't count on it.

Told no interest 1year on the account I flipped, the rep at the store did not inform me how this works since procedures have changed. Rep was helpfully but again if policy changed after my purchase where is the courtesy to good customers. This is important, communication and education my experience was told one thing from one another answer from another rep.
