daisy fuentes bras
I have purchased numerous Daisy Fuentes bras and lkve except for one thing on them the underwire keeps popping out of the sides and is very uncomfortable and frustrating because when I am out I have to push them back in. When I wash and dry them they are in a bag so they dont get ruined so I don't know what is going on. What is your suggestion on this. I love them a lot but will probably have to go with a different kind.
easy spirit vierre clogs
I purchased a pair of these shoes at Boscov's in White Marsh mall in Maryland about 3 months ago. These shoes hurt my feet so bad I can't wear them. I've only wore the them a few times but it never gets any better. The insoles feel rough on my feet. I buy Easy Spirits all the time and I have quite a few pairs. I can't take them back to the store because I have worn them and I can't find the receipt. Is there anything you can do to help me? I can send a picture of my shoes if that will help.

On 03/02/2019 I purchased a lazy boy sofa that was a floor model because none of the stores had any in stock. This was the second sofa I purchased (I needed 2 of the same). The first one I purchased was at the north store location. When I purchased this sofa from trudy at the york galleria mall location the gentleman that picked it up did so an a very small flat bed. My husband and I expressed out concern that the sofa would be damaged because it the end not on the flat bed was not being supported and was leaning down (it was a reclining sofa on 2 ends so it was very heavy). The gentleman said his larger flat bed was full of boxes that he did not want to remove. I was assured multiple times by trudy that this is the was they transfer all their furniture and it would not damage the sofa. I again expressed my concern because floor models have no warranty. She then verbally told me and my husband that if it was damaged from the handling I could return it. So in good faith I purchased the sofa. We drove over an hour to get this sofa and took it home flat on my husbands pick up truck. It was originally loaded with the tail gate up and leaning by the delivery gentleman. Before we drove away from the store I had my husband lower his tail gate so it would be flat for the drive home. Once the sofa was in our home I noticed that the end piece that was hanging down appeared to be bent. The corner of the front reclining piece is not straight across the floor, the stitching along the front is not even and the cushion on top sits higher. I contacted trudy to explain and she said what do you want me to do about it... I asked if it could be repaired. She stated I had to call customer service and rattled off a number and hung up. I called the next day and spoke with bill forry (the manager?) to get the customer service number again and if trudy left him a note, she said she would. He said she did leave a brief note. I explained to him my problem and what trudy had told me about returning it if it was damaged. He basically called me a liar and that she would have never said that and why did I take the sofa if I was concerned. I said because I was assured over and over again by her that it would be fine and that I could return it. I than called customer service and spoke with delilah and was told that they could not help because there was no warranty on floor models and that anything the sales person said to me would have to be taken up at the store. I asked to be transferred to a manager and while on hold for a while I was disconnected. A few hours later delilah called me back to apologize for the hang up and said the managers were on lunch but would call me back when they came back. She also stated that it was damaged because it was loaded on the truck leaning, per their notes, and it was an hour and half drive back to our house. I told her it was not driven home leaning that before we left the front of the store it was placed flat for the drive home. I told her to pull the security camera footage that would clearly show it laying flat when we left. So in addition to being called a liar they tried to blame the damage done by them on me. I waited all day for a call from a manager which never came.in a day when ordering online is so much easier and is slowly killing the building department stores (sears, bon ton) you would think that they would treat customers better. Unfortunately I am at work and do not have the ticket number delilah gave me or pictures.

Just spent 2 hours shopping in the Albany N.Y. Store and after asking 2 separate employees for help finding items which they blantently refused to help me search for I found the items on my own and it took quite some time. I went to cash out and was rudely told that whoever gave me the military discount last time should've been fired because I needed to have a slip from customer service even though my nys issued license states military. The managers name was David and he was extremely rude and nasty he wouldn't even look me in the face when he spoke. I'm very disappointed in the way staff at your company treats people who serve their country!

I purchased in/around July 2017 for gift for son. He put together, used for TV (38" flat screen) for about 2 months. Son then stored in my living room for just over year... unused, covered with cloth, nothing placed on it. He and wife moving into new home and uncovered to find it, what I can only say, it was swayback! I've never seen anything like that before. We've since inverted on cloth, and weighted somewhat to try and correct. I unscrewed one leg (didn't attempt 2nd), to clear underside to weight evenly, but fell to pieces as I loosened. Needless to say, son doesn't have his barely used piece of furniture in his new home, I'm unable to locate sale in my online account and I'm out a couple hundred dollars, he's out the stand and I need problem resolved immediately, as TV is placed on floor for past week. Obviously, I don't want same product replaced, as we can clearly see lack of quality. Store credit will suffice to replace. I've been a customer for years, purchased sectional, chairs, lamps. Luggage etc... I refer all friends and family. I would be extremely dissatisfied if this taken care of. Thank you.

I ordered a toy online and went to pick it up at my Boscov's at the Galleria Mall in York, PA. I waited in line for 25 minutes until it was my turn. Best sales manager, Karla, came down right as I was at the register to help with a previous order. Hi asked her if it was always only one person for gift wrap, online pick up in lottery. She told me that it was always only one and that she had a corporate phone number for me to call to speak to them about the payroll they give her. Carla told me that Boscov's barely gives her enough payroll dollars to staff her areas. She told me that she had two areas to worry about and that she had no other help and was not able to help take care of the line that now had 7 people waiting. I didn't ask to speak to another manager, but she got on the phone and call down the assistant manager. I spoke to the assistant manager and she told me that that's just how Carla is and that she will talk to her about it. I went in there happy about picking up a birthday present for my son and left there extremely upset because I waited so long to pick up something that I already paid for, that I should've just bought off the shelf

I have been a faithful employee at boscov's. New hartford location. My girlfriend mary has also worked there since it opened. She got fired for reposting a memory that was 2 years old. She has never called in and the picture doesn't show boscov's anywhere. I will send it to you.in your social media section of handbook it says if its malicious or harmful to the company and its not. Yet there are people in the store that do put pictures all day every day with their tags on. Even clarence banks who was the manager. Ill send you those.in the loss prevention office you have a gentlemen by the name jimmy fiashetti who thinks its funny to strip and show his private parts. When cassie wolep is informed she says she knows he does it all the time and her worker andy told her and she brushed it off. Ill try to send the video of him stripping in the camera room. Harry should see that. I informed the manager of lp that I had the video and she got angry with me instead of handling her business. Obviously hes not working if hes stripping. Instead we will fire someone for a picture that was taken 2 years ago but not someone who pulls his balls out in the office or strips. She was wrongfully terminated even the store manager said she was railroaded. Yes im angry but all of this is true. Mary is the first picture, and even the store assistant manager kathy kane takes pictures. So how are any of those pictures bad enough to get fired. The guys pictures are worth firing, and yes his loss prevention manager knows what he does and doesnt do anything about it.
Omg nothing’s changed I was the hardest working manger there and I was attacked by another manager named angel on purpose and nothing was done . I also walked in on the HR manger Ryan [censored]ing a department manger Irena in his office and turned that in she also got caught [censored]ing a sales associate in the back room and in fitting rooms and nothing was done . Instead of these people getting fired I was railroaded and let go for turning this in. Casey will cover for her friends alyse miles Kathy Ryan and anyone who she hangs with . Miles flipped over tables in the back room and nothing was done . Also Kathy the asm comes in drunk numerous times and it’s all covered up. It’s time for a movement #timesup . Bought these sheets for daughter for collage. Washed first as I'm sure many people do. They came out all disfigured out of shape. took to school in Philadelphia thinking maybe when put on bed would straighten out, no luck don't even cover mattress. Can't return because of course through out packaging. Wondering if anything can be done. For my waste of money. I think I paid 17.99 for them. If not will not shop at your store again. I can bring the disfigured sheets to the store purchased in hazleton pa. I'm sure they will give me no help being I don't have receipt. Please help me out a little bit or you will loose my business and I will tell everyone my story.

Apparently, someone in Boscov's customer service department is running credit checks for people outside of the company. She is running checks just to determine what cards people have. She is given someone's social security numbers and birth dates and then running the report. These are people that have not applied for a store credit card. These customer service representatives need to be told that it is quite ILLEGAL to run someone's credit report without their permission and for the intent of collecting information for an outside source. That it could be punishable by law and that they will probably also be terminated as well!
The Customer Call Center in Laureldale, Pa, is running credit checks without any type of authorization, verbal or written. Apparently, there are a few people running these checks for outside people to check others credit. They are giving out highly confidential information to outside sources. They are running credit checks for people who have not applied for the store credit card and do not need any type of prescreening what so ever. What one particular person is doing is highly illegal and could be punishable by law as well as being terminated by the company. I hope this matter is given high importance because I, for one, would not like my credit checked by these few individuals.

A cashier by the name Lindsey was very rude when dealing with us.. she was loud and kept throwing our shoe boxes around in an attempt to show us she was angry. She insisted we have our boxes with us even though we've never been asked for them before during the three consecutive days we went there. This was when Boscov's had the tent out and were having a big sale. I wonder if this has anything to do with our race:/

I went to the Selinsgrove, PA location and I was treated as if there was no time for me she claimed this was her busy season and she was the nly one there and didn't really want to take the time to check on more than one place. I got the I can give you books and you can chose from there deal. So I went on line and send an email 2 days ago requesting a quote for a cruise to Bermuda and a trip to Jamaica with no results. I called again yesterday to set up an appointment and I get well I am only here till 7 and I have no time today. She didn't offer for someone else to take care of me or even try to help me. I gave her dates and what I wanted down to the resort name room type where to fly out of she said she would get me a quote an email it to me. here we are again another day and I have nothing! I could go to liberty today an book without any issues. I wanted to use my Boscovs card to earn the points towards something else and pay it in full within the 30 days I have saved the money and have the cash but that don't seem to be her interests? She judges people by how they look and unfortunately she saw me as someone who wasn't going to pay upfront! Very disappointed in the treatment I got there and at this point myself and the other 4 families that we travel with will be using another travel agent. I do all the bookings for us and they rely on me to get the best deals. very upset right now!
junior's/misses/women/entire store
Today while shopping at boscov's I was followed throughout the whole entire bottom floor. Instead of asking if I needed help, I was constantly followed. Working in coustmer service myself, I learned asking or even offering help can stop a shop lifter. Ummmm will in this case... I wasn't offered any help, seemed like everyone on first floor had attitudes. If they don't like their job, I think you should hire new employees. Good luck

I was shopping at the fair grounds mall seasonal department at boscovs when I encountered a beautiful young woman named Kristy, I don't like speaking to strangers because of my PTSD, but she seemed kind. I had a few questions regarding trees and lights. Her attitude was disgusting and she proceeded to tell me how terrible her life and job are.. at this point I really didn't think much of it and said I was sorry for how she felt. I didn't purchase the tree or lights because my PTSD was triggered. Someone should have a talk with her. Thanks

I was in the Boscov's store on Eatontown, NJ this afternoon, Oct 27, 2017. I often shop there and I'm very pleased with the merchandise and service. Today I was buying a pocketbook and went over to the sales desk by the women active wear since I could not find a sales person by the pocketbooks. 2 young women approached and said a sales clerk was on her way over. The clerk said hello then immediately reach over me to grab the merchandise from one of the 2 women. The clerk said 'you don't mind if I take them first' and grabbed their merchandise without giving me a chance to respond. She was very rude and didn't provide an explanation about her actions and ignored my presence. The 2 young women had approached the sales desk from the left and the clerk had approached from the right. I was unaware that the clerk may have been assisting the 2 women. When I said that I was next, the clerk said 'oh well'. I never encountered such behavior. The staff have always been so courteous and friendly. I felt very insulted and alienated. I asked for the sales clerk's name and said I was going to report her and she responded with 'whatever'.
I never encountered such an ill-mannered person working in your store before. She acted with such indifference!

When I got home, my pillows and my rug we're not one in the cartii called boscvs in camp hill and the lady said that they were not in the lost and found. I shop at boscov's all the time and I am military and I was wondering if there's anyway that you could replace these for me. I bought shoes and after a couple of days changed my mind deciding to give it back to the store. Money was charged, of course. It occurred that they simply have no policies for returns and agreed to refund. But it would take me 8-9 business days. Customer service seems too careless to resolve issues, so if you want to buy something from them, think twice whether you need this stuff or not due to lack of return policies.

This site is terrible, do not bother ordering from boscov's! I bought a pair of boots from them and they sent me the wrong pair. That was their mistake and they were supposed to fix it, but when I asked them for help they said that there was nothing they cold do and told me to keep the shoes. You can't even imagine how many time I wasted arguing with them until they finally agreed to send me a replacement. I'm very disappointed with this store and especially with their terrible customer service. I will not buy from them again!

Incident 1: a few weeks ago, I ordered 2 sets of patio furniture. Oder placed on phone. I was told that in 3-4 days, I would receive a call from warehouse to schedule delivery. I did not hear from them for 2-3 weeks! Finally I cancelled the order as I placed order elsewhere. After I cancelled the order, I receive multiple calls from boscov's asking for confirming delivery. Ridiculous! I informed them that I had requested for cancellation. Even after that, I received call twice asking for confirmation for delivery. Finally it got cancelled and I got my money back... What a waste of time!
Just 4-5 days ago, I ordered a "lazyboy" sofa set in the store in woodbridge. I was promised delivery on thursday. I categorically made a request that I should get at least 30-45 minutes notice before they arrive at home for delivery. I get an automated voice message mentioning they will be home in 10 minutes. I immediately left for home. While I reached half way (20 minutes left to reach home), I am told they have other orders to manage and I will have to request re-schedule of delivery. I had just moved in a new house and had planned for house warming party with guests coming in. Had to cancel that just because boscov's said they can't deliver before a week! I definitely need compensation for this trouble...
Never again a delivery will be requested from boscov's by me or any of my known people!
bedding scam
We purchased a mattress, and during the purchase we asked the lady if they will remove the old mattress. She stated yes.
The delivery company's driver who was very rude, dropped off the new mattress and just went downstairs, when I asked him what about the removal, then he went and informed me that the mattress has a stain and they can't take it. So I have a mattress sitting in my house that was supposed to be removed. Boscov's has been very unprofessional in handling this issue, and expect me to remove the mattress, I am a senior citizen and already living on a tight budget. I did not sign on receipt of the mattress as the agreed deal was that they would remove the old mattress. Boscov's corporate customer service will not return the bed, nor will they remove my old bed.
