I previously complained after being a loyal customer way over 10 years and almost loyal to this one location because of the convenience of the location to my residence. I was sent out two complementary sandwich cards the size of a business card that said on the back we want to make it right. The letter enclosed stated that my complaint was received and action was executed to this particular in regards to the complaints, which was poor customer service by the drive thru attendant and other workers as well. So it was so distasteful that I stated I would not return to this location, but because of the products that I have grown to love over the years the quality of the sandwich and portion I never stated that any employee would stop me from purchasing the product. So being the person that am I returned for another visit to this location thinking things will probably be much improved at least slightly and I didn't want to drive 15 more minutes away to another location.
Wow was I was wrong the drive thru attendant that was rude before was very polite in a sarcastic was because she recognized who I was only. After being starred at for a few moments by the drive thru team of 2 the assistant manager asked me to wait just one moment and came out to my car and tore up in my face my complimentary card that was sent by arbys with a letter in my face and said that it was printed and fake. I felt like I wanted to burst into tears because of how blunted she spoke to me, I went on to say feel the card, before you speak and dont assume based on your previous fraud experience with another individual.
I went on to say that after she felt the card and said it still was fake, not knowing that I actually have an advertising/marketing business and texture of paper is done on a daily basis from me to determine authenticity.
Any way, insulted even greater I regret my decision of visiting that location again defiantly.
So my question is should I take further steps for discrimination or should I not? Because this is arbys a very high in integrity restaurant and everybody doesn't visit arbys, I convince people to visit arbys I am just astonished but I will not allow the abuse from that store staff anymore. I am done with it an believe it actually should be restaffed or closed, this store I am speaking
Oh by the way I visited another arbys location (1720 e sunrise blvd, fort lauderdale, fl 33304), the day before and they were great and polite and very courteous with the first coupon that you sent me that I used.
So what makes the location I visited any different to think they can insult people the way they insulted me?
