McDonald's - Chicken biscuit sandwich

I ordered two chicken sandwiches breakfast chicken sandwiches through DoorDash received them in a great time however when the food got here the chicken was so burnt I couldn’t even chew it The moment I enrap the rapper all I can see was just burnt chicken black as black can be I tried calling no answer so now I’m stuck here at my storage unit where I was looking forward to the convenience of DoorDash bringing food to me at my storage unit while I worked in peace now I have to go without food or restart all the way from anywhere I started out at my storage unit text McDonald’s you’re a bunch of dicks this is uncalled for I want my money back and then some and a formal apology live on the news

Desired outcome: Really I’d like my money back for my order cause it was a complete waste of time and my money and the money I spent on door dash to have it delivered full refund of complete bill of $23.75
