Ordered my food in mobile app had to wait and drive to line to get it drive to line was backed up had to wait at least 20 minutes in the line then I got my food it was wrong it was cold it was horrible unfortunately it is this way every time I go there it is my wife the one that wants their food I don't go there for the simple fact that I automatically get irritated cuz I know the food will be cold and not really worth the money for the below standard quality and customer service.

Ordered food on app for mobile pk up
Employee watched me pull up and park then locked the door in front of me. Made me go in drive thru and wait additional 20 mins for food sitting on the counter. I pulled around to mobile area and had to walk up to window requesting my food was told to get in drive thru. I explained I already waited in drive thru for 20 mins. Mgr was rude and unable to maintain employees or run effective shift. I was told "get your [censored] and go" never again. 1st time shame on them 2nd time shame on me. Rude nasty. Disrespectful arrogant.
To hell with a wendy's. Don't go to this location or any other in fort walton if u want good service and respect.
