McDonald's

I was in the drive thru address: 3355 W 80th St Hialeah, FL 33018 is the worst McDonald's you would want to go. Bad service, very disrespectful. There is no management. There are liars and rude people. I have in the drive thru ordering my food. I had order to medium fries and they only gave me one. The guy that was at the door said I only paid for one. I mention I had order two. He said that I had to park and come in to pay. Mind you I had my daughter in my car and it was going to rain I was in a hurry. I told him that I was not going to do that and I need a manager. I spoke to Madelis if that is her true name and told her what happened. I spoke to her in English & spoke to me in Spanish with no mask and very rude, with anger and a liar. Told me the same thing what the guy told me. I told her it is not fair that they are making mistakes. She called me names & did not care. I don't understand these employees from McDonald what training do they get. Is horrible service don't go there people are horrible.
