Me and my girlfriend signed up together at taft street hollywood location, we went there for a month or maybe more, until the pandemic hit, we stopped going and she kept getting charged for sessions she was not getting, because of our work schedule we could only make appointments after 5 pm, just yesterday october28 at 5;30 we went to the gym located on taft st and were greeted by a guy named john he said he was the assistant manager, he said to me he was not allowed to give me a last name, 20 mins into the conversation we were having I asked for a print out log of the private trainer he told us to sit down and wait, you could tell he was very frustrated at that time, he said to us that she owed 300 and something dollars and that it wasn't going away, at that time he started yelling at me top of his lungs saying he was now cancelling our membership and we should leave his gym, im sure its all on video, he then proceeded to snatch the print out and ripped it up, the two other employees behind the desk had to restrain him from attacking me, clearly this guy has anger issues and should not be representing you fit. Again I repeat this incident happened oct 28 at 5;30 ish at the taft street location hollywood flat. Fell free to call me at [protected] or my girlfriend at [protected]. Very humiliated by this, I would like action taken on this, review is not bbb and consumer affairs.
YouFit Health Clubs - Over charge and charge for services I did not get
This club is a disaster and totally trying to retain monies for services I did not get. Needless to say that the gym is closed and we dont know when its safe to work out... I was double charged in feb, $42.79 and $52.49 in addition to $432.00 for personal training I did not get, with no fault of trainer... All together, they charged me $527.28 in feb for march and the gym closed due to the virus. The customer service sent me emails that I will be refunded but corporate did not give me my money back.. This is very bad business practice and I am contacting help me howard on channel 7 in miami.. The gym is still closed and I dont want future credti and I want my monies returned.. Horrible business practice... I was double charged and charged for service I did not get... Very bad and horrible on part of corporate.. Is this how they want to avoid bankruptsy by keeping monies they did not earn.. I expect a resolution and monies refunded. I have all ready filed a complaint with bbb and now they will be on channel 7 news in miami.. The station told me that there are a million complaints all ready
