How a new guard without any experience in the security guard field in a few days get the morning shift . When other get months to get a morning shift. Why cause is a white lady or cause she related to a friend of the director on site. ACCORDING TO THE COMPANY " S. We have a idea she can be at the 1 1 pm x 7 am shift as the new guard go not at 7 am x 3 pm shift by crucifying the senior officer for a rookie not fare ? 4 senior guard were crucify to accommodated the new rookie guard who are V.I.P cause is related to A director friend that are a resident .
We need a better way to hire new officer cause the past 4 months the guards that arrived or quick get terminated or call out a lot or arrived late to work .
How if is mandatory to work in a full uniform including the campaign hat there are guard in the V.I P list of the Director that not use the campaign hat and the shift supervisor are not allowed to give then a write-up ...
taking about untrained supervisor why when giving a write-up it have to be in front of other co-workers .We believe that when a supervisor write -up a guard in public or in front of there co-worker .The write -up have to be dismiss cause that will be a dishonest and unprofessional on the matter of confidentiality
Why human resources at west palm beach discuss the private conversation the guard have with them and then human resources go and call the site management and tell every word of how and what the guard said. Why the district manager came to our site but no one saw him. Why west palm beach never care by calling to hear the other site of the story about the comment the guard write on there write-up .

How can the wrong thing change when the leader at the west palm beach office never come to visit any site and if the so call district manager arrived he only ride with the site director and never stop to said hello to the officer and then to make it worse the female in charge of the complaint at the west palm beach office at soon as the guards call to complaint she call the site management to advise them of who and what were the complaint. The guard get retaliation and no one care ..
Allied Universal security company are a great company but the management at the south Florida Human resource don't represent the company they work for . as Allied Universal send email to there employee we recommencement to send a anonymous email complaint link where the guard can complaint directly about there management with a file number were the guard can check the statue of there complaint
