My employer offers us the benefit with All State insurance for hospitalization and illness. My Husband was hospitalized for four days in early March 2020. We have sent over the paperwork that they requested via fax and certified mail several times.
Every time, they deny the claim stating that they need more information.
My husband has been following up. They tell him that they need more records from the hospital, when my husband told them clearly that they have received everything.
I called and asked to speak to a supervisor. His name was Qwan Jackson. He was very rude and stated that they need medical records from his primary physician. My husband's primary Dr. had already sent this. We have a copy of it all.
It is now 2 months since my husband has filed this claim, and he is being given the run-around. The representatives do not show any effort or care to resolve this. I asked to speak with a supervisor, as I expected to deal with someone who would show some professionalism. Instead of being customer oriented, he was rude and aggressive.
I am very disappointed with the customer service. I suggest they get some professional training from the Disney company on Customer service.
