Rental reservation number 00981666US0 My rental amount was prepaid on 4/1/21 in the amount of $288.11. Your company offered a digital check in and all I did was check in and it asked for my driver's license. No changes were made. All of a sudden I see they changed my rate. When I called to have them fix it no one can help. This is poor customer service on Avis part. I feel you are ripping people off. Then you have rude supervisors that do not listen to customers and hung up on them. I have never experienced such bad behavior with other rental companies. If they had cars available I would've gone with them. This was the only hope I wish I didn't have to deal with. So the only option you are offering me for something I have already paid for is to send you a screen shot of my original rental and at the end of the rental they will charge me that amount then you will refund it. I don't trust that if you can't fix it now what makes me think you will fix it then. I feel I should not be charged for it in the first place. I have attached photos of my original rental and the modification of the amount which happened when I did a digital check in with no changes to my rental.
