Burger King

I have never in my life witnessed such an inexcusable and repulsive treatment as what I encountered on this evening, 3/31/21, at the Burger King located at 11872 LEM turner rd. In Jacksonville, fl. It started with no one in position for the drive-thru. After waiting several minutes for an acknowledgment, I gave a friendly "hello" to get someone's attention. After more minutes passed and another disregarded, "hello, is anyone there?", I drove around to the window, only to find 4 employees dancing, throwing up what appeared to be gang signs. I blew the horn with the thought, that would be enough to have someone attend to the drive-thru window. All 4 employees looked at me and then continued to have their private discussion with a white male with a low hair cut acted as the ring leader of the continued conversation. I grabbed my phone in an attempt to record this unbelievable service from such a well known food-chain and only then, did this same white employee come over to the window. Not to help but to express that he couldn't care less rather or not he was being recorded. I am livid. I mention the race of this young male, not because race matters, but so that he can be identified and strongly reprimanded. This is not this first time that service has been less than professional at this location, but this was the ultimate level of disrespect and disservice at this location. Every one of the employees who were on duty as of 7:45pm est 3/31/21 needs to be fired! I can't imagine that this is the type of behavior that your establishments condones. No one serviced the customers. No one. And while on your clock, being paid to serve your customers; instead decided to hold a long personal discussion while dancing; laughing and throwing up gang signs? There is not a professional conversation that you can convince me of that warranted dancing, laughing, gang signs and ignoring paying customers! Again, every single employee needs to be fired and it needs to start with the young man, who continued to talk, ignore those at the window and then told me how much he couldn't care less of being recorded. Fire him and the entire staff that was on duty tonight. This is the only form of recompense that can satisfy the utter disgust that I endured this evening.
