I entered Dillards store on 5/12/23 headed to Jo Malone station, looking for Mother’s Day perfume. There were two clerks. Both were busy so I browsed. Clerk 1 (Mrs. Lolita the nice one) went to get something for another customer. Clerk two saw me but never greeted me. She finished with the other customer and starred me up and down never asking if I needed any assistance or anything. She pretended to be busy and continued starring at me until I finally asked for help. It showed that she really didn’t want to assist me. It was very obvious and when Clerk 1 returned she noticed as well. She tried to tell the clerk that she could give me a sample if I wasn’t sure about which fragrance I wanted but clerk 2 has a serious attitude and walked off. She continued to roll her eyes and really did not want to help. I eventually went to given by instead. Clerk 1 did try her best to help me and her Co-worker, but it was just horrible and it showed! I went to the counter at Givenchy and made a purchase instead. Clerk 1 did insist on a sample for me before I left. As I was leaving, clerk two rolled her eyes at me again before leaving.
