Placed a service order for a default on the finish of a Kitchen table that was purchased with-in 6 months, on 27 Feb 2020 a service member showed up evaluated the table explained that the table was not repairable and would probably need replacing. The gentleman took photos and said I would hear from Rooms to Go with-in a week. On 6 March I received a call stating that the damage was not covered and I would not get a replacement table. The reason given to me over the phone was "scratches on the table" nothing to do with the poor finish that was initially addressed. This is a distressed table that was purchased and I failed to see the scratches that are being discussed by this company. Requesting a member of management to contact me for possible appeal on decision that was made. The customer service rep. (Lisa) refused to give me a manager or any avenue to further appeal this issue. She stated that there was nothing more to do and her decision was the final one.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
