I have my payroll check direct deposited on my rush card. On october 10, 2015 I lost my card in walmart and called customer service to cancel the card. Customer service was suppose to send me another card in 7-10 business days. To this day, I have not received my card and I keep calling & calling and get all kinds of promises of getting a new card & still almost 2 months later I still have not received my card & my money is being held up. I called again last week on 11-12-15 and spoke to customer serv. And was told that I could get my money from my acct. By money gram but have to call back in 2-3 business days. I am currently on the phone as I am typing and waiting for them to pick up. Please help me! These people are thieves! My name is pamela herring, [protected]. 2603 edgewood ave. W.
