I was working for a Carquest store and was trying to get a part for a customer from a hub store. They were having communication problems so I asked the parts pro to please call the store. I was told they couldn't. Desperate to service a mutual customer I called Alex the area manager and asked for help. I was at the store shortly later to pick up other parts. The manager Jay unleaded a verbal attack on me for going over his head. At the same time Glory the parts pro kept screaming I was a lyre.
I communicated with Alex the next day via text as to how I was treated. I have a history with Alex who has many times taken the side against me without ever speaking to me. The tone of his text suggested I made a scene at the store. If you research you will find I said very little that day. This is not the first time I have been verbally abused at that store.
I am a senior citizen and legally handicapped. Federal complaints will be filed.
Desired outcome: A face to face explication from all parties as to why I was treated this way and an apology in person from all parties.
