I went to Autozone on 441 in Lady Lake Florida to get common 12 mm lug nuts for my golf cart. After waiting while the employee was loud ad boisterous telling stories to fellow employees I finally got called over. I tried to hand her a 12mm example of a common lug nut and asked if I could purchase 16 of them she told me they have many different sizes in the back. I asked her if I could have 16 of the examples I had in my hand she told me she didn’t have time to go and match it up. I literally went 100 yds up the road and Advance happily sent me away 5 min later with what I needed. This is not the first time I’ve had difficulty getting help at this store.. I will never shop at Autozone agian even the simplest tasks are a problem at your store… You suck and I am going to plaster this [censored] all over social media. I’ve spent a lot of money in your store over the years but this was the last straw. Advanced was had 10 people in line and 2 people working the counter and hpaid attention to my request and took care of me with a smile in 5 minutes. Autozone had 3 people in line 3 people at the counter and had me wait 15 minutes and couldn’t be bothered… sorry but this is terrible busineses!
Desired outcome: no hope for this kind of service. more training or better management and customer service? especially the girl who couldn’t be bothered to help me there’s little that can help…maybe take note of Advanced Auto’s operations
