Good Afternoon,
I purchased a Big Mac Meal with a medium Coke on Monday, August, 2, 2021, from McDonald's Restaurant #25345 West Palm Beach, FL. My son consumed his soda and when he opened the cup (to add juice to it) at home, there was a fly sitting on the ice. I called the store and they had nothing to say; not even a simple apology. That's to tell you how trained they are to handle simple matters. This is disgusting. Not only did he drink a beverage with a fly in it; the McDonald's team handled the situation very poorly.
Desired outcome: Training given to Team members in cleanliness and i want my money back for the meal.
