This is May 16, 2023 and I ordered the Bakers Dozen Tuesday special yesterday to be picked up at 6:30am. I want to note that I usually do not pick up at the designated time as I ran into an issue previously with the order not being ready. That said I did go 20 minutes after the pickup time and apparently they had problems this morning as a police vehicle was there and someone waiting told me they had just opened. I give them this as things happen beyond our control and leave us facing difficulties. The issue I have is that there was absolutely NO communication from the manager who walked by several times and could see the line getting longer. We were left wondering when we might get waited on or for someone to tell us something. Anything. Several people after me walked up and were looking for the orders they placed, but there again was no communication from anyone. Then the 2-3 workers that had been up front, disappeared and left one person there to handle people ringing up their current orders. This is totally unacceptable. When a man walked up and placed a very large order and I saw her start to fill that order in front of everyone who was waiting, I was done. I walked out. Maybe that is corporate policy but if so, it is a bad one. I will try again on my way to work to see if they have it ready, if not I will request a refund and purchase from our local New York bagel shop.
Desired outcome: I humbly request that the female, hispanic manager get reprimanded for her total lack of communication with the customers that help her keep that job. She was totally lacking in the skills needed to serve.

I'm very disappointed on the way my husband was just treated, they took forever to give him a Sandwich it was only 6:40 they don't close till 9 pm and they didn't have a lot of the stuff we wanted.
After my husband waiting there forever, his name is Jose and they were calling Josie... After my husband asked do you mean Jose? And the lady said oh, well close enough! Not professional at all. I was at home and when he got home this is what they gave us... See pictures I'm attaching. Seems that some food was rotten. This is not a meal worth $20.
