Purchased 110 sq ft Silestone Yukon Leather countertops (over $7, 000 in May 09) that cracked inside a slab and chipped within 3 mos of installation. ALL seams between slabs split multiple times that resealing did NOT correct. (Blue painters tape remains on my counters still, over ONE YEAR later.) Additionally and concurrently, little black spots appeared within the Silestone material and continue to enlarge, likely the result of impropoer curing, as the spots cannot be surface removed. Citing the need to get Cosentino to honor its warranty, Cutting Edge Granite continues to stall in replacing the entire defective countertop as promised in NOVEMBER 2009, through resolution of an investigation involving American Express, as the source of payment. To date, I STILL have defective countertops, with communication severed by Cutting Edge Granite. After some fun with getting the word out to other potential victims of theirs, I will get an attorney and continue to pursue this consumer fraud. Cosentino and Cutting Edge have each provided on paper warranties that neither have honored. CUTTING EDGE GRANITE will be at home shows, so be sure to ask them if they will honor the warranty to you better than they did for the Mackey kitchen! Terrible job of installing and still waiting for repairs and resolution. Depending upon who you talk to, you get all kinds of different responses. I would not recommend this company!
I do agree with the service. I have same problem with Cutting Edge Granite Largo FL.
It has been month that, they have install and not complete it yet and I still trying to contact them to responding to me but it has week but still not responding yet.
I do have video taken and is on Youtube, it call "Cutting Edge Granite Largo FL".
