I've enjoyed the mobile App. But today after I placed a mobile app order, I went to pick it up at the drive thru and they refused to let me have my order at the window. I was told I would have to come inside if I wanted it. I told them I am handicap and couldn't walk. They were very rude then and still refused to let me have my order at the window.
Desired outcome: To be able to pick up a mobile app. order at the drive thru!
