On 03/18/24 at approximately 9:00pm at the Wendy's Drive Thru for their Kensington Park location at 2200 SR 434 Longwood, Florida 32750. I ordered a taco salad and drove home to discover that there was NO sour cream and NO tortilla chips in my bags, I was also NOT given or offered a receipt ! This is NOT the only time this drive thru location has cheated me of products. But it is the LAST time I will patronize a Wendy's location. Shame on Wendy's for bad service and cheating customers !
