McDonald's - Service and how customers are now treated by McDonalds

Monday the 13th Feb 2023
25 Hibiscus Blvd W
Melbourne, FL 32901
When going through the drive thru, I was unable to complete my order, and when said, I haven't finished I was told "well you have to go around again."
So, I went to the window and collected what I was allowed to order in one breath, as I realized you have to now get your order out in one complete sentence without breathing, as taking a breath means your order is complete.

When I got the order which was follows
1 x egg McMuffin Meal with coffee
1 x egg McMuffin with no bacon or cheese
1 x coke

The meal was ok, but the egg McMuffin came out as a biscuit with scrambled egg, my partner then took this back into the store, when one lady said she would change this, she was then confronted by a lady saying she owned the store and would not change it but give her the money back. As we were not welcome in her store, and this would give us a good reason not to come back or us McDonald's again. On doing this she notices that there was a police officer outside, so she immediately went out to the office and in the middle of the parking lot shouted arrest this woman now, she has been complaining in my store. And at the top of her voice shouted again, arrest her.

We then left; the office was not interested in getting involves over a McMuffin order. And suggested we use another store, and the woman seemed to be a little out of control.
I'm 59 years old and my partner is 52, just so you understand this is not two teens.
So all I would say after a lifetime of using McDonald's. You have now come so low that you will call the police over complaints and tell your customers not to us McDonald's again.
I video the lady (owner) from my car and will post this on social media as a warning to customers. They need to know if they complain about service or product, the police will be informed.

Desired outcome: no expectations of a desired outcome, maybe you will have the police come to our door, for writing a complaint??

Oooh sweet burn, Irish! Too bad Norman got to it first, or my e-feelings might be hurt.

Stewie -- I didn't say my word was gospel. In fact, I said "I'M PRETTY SURE"; not "I WORK FOR MCDONALD'S AND KNOW EVERYTHING ABOUT EVERYTHING." Soooo um, thanks.

I'm pretty sure the hamburger patties at McD's are precooked then frozen. So it's highly unlikely that they were raw.
