So I get coupons at my home address. And the employees that work there telling me that I can’t use the value combo so I was like ok so I got 2 coupons of a burger meal combo and they said I only do 1 coupon at day now and I was why is that I use too so 2 coupons at day they said just to drive around 2 times to get the 2 coupons something that I see kind of dumb of it.
They said it is because the manager said only 1 coupon per day.
So I am restaurant manager and that’s poor customer service. If that’s the case, don’t send coupons to people address since we can’t get what on the coupons
Desired outcome: I would like a feed back on this.
