We get a visit from a sr in our office, offering no contract, best rates, etc, but then the fees was not as we spoke. We continue using the system anyway, en 3 months the credit card machine was broken, someone came to office (a technician), replace the machine and it made me sign what supposed to be the replacement, I was with customers and I didn't read it. (It was a contract for 48 months). We continue processing up to $ 200, 000 monthly.in october 2013 they hold our funds for more than 6 months and close our account. We continue paying monthly fees until we got upset about they didn't send our money back, and also they decide to close the account and also we didn't know about the contract till there. We send the machine back and ask for a minimum payment for close the case. They wanted that we pay a money that we already paid. We paid 21 months x $ 59 and only process 11 months because they decide to close it. Now they want we paid $ 1738 and send us to collection an reportes to my credit score that is excellent.
