Booked a cruise in November 2019 for a March 2020 cruise. This was for my 30th wedding anniversary. The March cruise was cancelled by Oceania due to COVID. Thinking that the world would be back to normal by October 2020, I rebooked the cruise. On July 29, 2020, I received an email from Oceania stating that this cruise was cancelled as well. I called by Oceania travel consultant and said refund my money, not going to try again. They have refunded all the money but the actual cruise money. This amount is $11, 134.20. They have the money put into a FCC (Future Cruise Credit). I have talked/emailed to multiple people and they will not refund my money. I have until March 2021 to book and until October 2022 to sail. I have told them that this trip was for my 30th wedding anniversary which was in 2020 not 2021 not 2022. They say we have policies and they can not be changed. My money was put into a FCC for October 2020 cruise only.
The resolution is for the entire amount to be refunded.
