I have been a loyal customer and usually quite pleased. However, I purchased (in Orange Park, FL) the leather Radford sectional and ottoman less than a year and a half ago for over $4000. Already, the back of the sectional is sagging. There is no backing under the leather on the back of the sofa, so a pet could come along and literally cut through it with his paws. Luckily, I am not a pet owner. I can see lightening of the leather where the wooden beams are in the back of the sofa. The craftsmanship is not the quality for which I paid. Haverty's wants to send a technician out to pull the leather tighter instead of exchanging the couch. Obviously, I was sold the only bad couch of this Radford collection. According to the store manager, they have only had one complaint about this sofa and that was concerning a cushion that needed to be replaced. I have paid my account out in full and will be canceling my account. I am very disappointed with the fact that a reputable company, like Haverty's, will not stand behind their product and make things right by replacing my sectional that obviously is damaged due to no fault of my own. I am sure I will need to buy a new sofa in a couple years if this one lasts that long.

Dee Dee, you are absolutely correct! I purchased the Puzzle sofa from Havertys about 3 years ago. The sectional has three pieces and I split it into two sections. The chair part is fine, however, the sofa section has a straight part and the other part has the curved sectional piece. I just looked down on Christmas morning and noticed a dip in the bottom of the sofa. I took off the pillows and noticed a big crack - right where the wood bends. Dont furniture manufacture know that wood does not naturally bend! I paid about $2000 for it and it really upsets that the so-call best furniture store in the world - HAVERTY has such poor quality. I did not buy a warranty, but I looked the warranty online and I am certain that they challenge me on this. The term states "It has to have occurred from 1 incident". OMG! All I want for Christmas is a NEW sofa! Thanks for allowing me to vent! Dr. Riley
