Hello,
I have tried, called and waited for my local anytime fitness to act and fix this problem. I have been very patient, but what pisses me off is that I keep seeing you all take the money out my account after being told this would be fixed! This is ridiculous! I have been with anytime fitness for years and this simple fix cannot be done! I have yet to receive a credit from the covid-19 issue. I have talked to others that use anytime fitness and they have been credited the two months. You guys don't forget to take the money out my account when its due though. The owner is never in the gym to even talk to. I did talk to someone named jay. He says he's not the owner but I now I am starting to believe he is. I have been trying to get a credit to my account since march! When I call customer service they say contact the local gym. I last called on monday, august 3 and have heard nothing. Why is this person allowed to franchise/own? Who can I talk to for a complete resolution?
