On 08/10/2033, while on my way to work, I filled my car up with gas and proceeded to leave, however my car had no power, I paid a service to come give me a jump off and proceeded to Firestone @5101 W Colonial Drive, Orlando Fl 32808 because two weeks earlier I had purchased a battery because that's what I was told I needed to buy. I got there and they took my car back and told me I would need a new alternator and battery, which cost me $708.04, but the battery was still under warranty. I got my alternator and was on my way, on 09/23/2023, on my dashboard was flashing CHECK CHARGING SYSTEM- I went back and they told me I would need another alternator and battery again, so I stayed there again while they work on my car to replace the alternator and battery again. At this point, tell me why it is keep losing power, they don't' know, so I'm on my way to work again yesterday, 10/03/2023 and it happened again, they told me to bring it back again, maybe it's a sensor, I'm so frustrated with my car not working properly t because I can't keep taking off from work, I have no other transportation, I just decided to go to the Honda dealership to see what was wrong, of course I have to purchase another alternator; the cost was $1166.00 and was told that the aftermarket alternators does not work in Honda cars because the alternator that they replaced didn't have sufficient voltage, it was registering 11.86 when it need to have charging power about 14.. I am wanting a refund of at least the alternator. I only had good power for about two weeks and them my car always felt like it was going to turn off when I was stopped and idling, I was always nervous that I would be stranded on the highway. I just want you to please take into consideration of refunding me for the alternator since it never worked properly, and it was still under warranty. Please refund my car card back. They knew me by the alternator lady. I do want to say the staff is great and I will be using that store again. The employees are great. Thank you,
