Good morning. My name is Alexys Rodriguez. i am writing today for a few reasons. First of all for the past few weeks I have been faxing over (over 20 times) information that was requested of me and no one seems to be receiving my faxes so my information is floating around and no one knows where it went. I would like to speak with someone in charge! I am a disabled tetraplegic and i am paralyzed from the chest down. I have been given this giant run around because I asked for my child support payments to be adjusted. They have threatened to cut my benefits if I do not comply but I have been going back and fourth with child support for months now and no one is doing their job! I am on a fixed income of $1024 a month and $658 is being garnished for child support leaving me $320 monthly to live off of. I take 7 different medications and that $320 wont even cover that and i have shared cost medicaid of $824. I have spoken to multiple people and am given a different story each time. I need to speak to someone who will take my case seriously as soon as possible! No one will direct me to a supervisor of person in charge. my number is [protected]

I need help; I open a case in Orlando fl in 2013. I still waiting for child support enforce the father of my kids .. When I call customer service the don't have answers they always asking me for the same information over and over. When I go to the office at 400 Robinson st. In Orlando fl the always they me that they need P R court order.Is been 3 1/2 years witting for that order is impossible that it take some many years to enforsement ...I call PR interestatal and I spoke with a case manager and she told me that they don't have any request on the sistem...it mean that the child support enforsement they are not doing nothing.
