placed an online order on 217/2024 at 7:07 a.m.
I was given a pickup time of 7:38 a.m.
My order was not ready and I waited an additional 35 minutes before my entire to go order was ready..…. As 15 of those minutes were literally waiting on one side order of sausage gravy. On all three orders, eggs were extremely overcooked steak was extremely overcooked and dry hash browns were undercooked and greasy and I was completely missing my order of grits. There were approximately four other customers in the establishment and eight employees working which include but are not limited to dish server the line. I witnessed three of the eight employees, standing together conversing in personal conversation while my order was already 25 minutes past its scheduled pick up time. Service was to be desired quality of food was extremely poor and overall experience and wait time very disappointing.
Claimed loss: 53.12 for order2.5 hours of wasted time and money away from my family and approximately 8 Miles each way @ 15 mpg in the rain! @ $3.45 per gallon.
Desired outcome: I would like a complete refund please including gift card and or credit for mileage and time an emotional distress due to an unhappy and very hungry husband. Thank you for your consideration and understanding in this matter
