Burger King

I went through the drive through after work on Monday 10/21/19 at 6:44 pm store 4321 on 10th street in Palmetto, Fl -order # 96 the receipt is so light that is about all the info I can read. I spent almost $14.00 the service was fast the lady at the window was nice but nothing about the order was correct. I glanced in bag to make sure their were two sandwiches and fries so not to hold up the line, However when I got home both sandwiches were wrong. I ordered a crispy chicken sandwich for my sister I received a regular chicken sandwich one of the long ones. I ordered a double whopper large with large fries. I am not sure what kind of burger this was but was definately not a whopper although it was in a whopper wrapper. it was a single patty and the toppings were not that on a whopper. I have always been a fan of Burger King but this was a very disappointing visit. I went out of the way to go to this location because the one closer to me on hwy 301 in Parrish is so very slow I cannot stand to go to it. I have actually had to wait in line for 25 minutes to get my order there. I have always loved the food and service at Bueger King however it feels like recently there is such a lack of customer service or caring if the order is correct. With so many other options for people to choose from it is very sad that you are loosing business due to issues that could easily be corrected. your team members need to care about their customer after all without us there is no Burger King.

I ordered 2 B/C crois, got my food, and both sandwiches were cold, one sandwich had 1 piece of bacon and a crumbled piece and the other one only had 2 pieces. Tried to do the survey and I couldnt read the numbers to submit a survey. I have worked at BK and I know the sandwiches are supposed to be hot and have at least 3 pieces of bacon unless that has chnaged but this is very disappointing
