This is the worst Wendy's in town, 450 E Nine Mile rd Pensacola. I have visited this location on 3 occasions diff months they have said they are not taking orders. Few other times they say they are out of Coke or frostys. Have spoken to the manager a few times about the burgers still being pink in the middle. System issues etc always something. The employees at this location are rude most of the time and speak to customers like they are bothering them by visiting their location. It's a shame that I have to drive past the closest Wendy's to my home to visit the location at 2 Marker st Pensacola to get good service. There is obviously a big difference in management between these 2 locations. This has also caused me to purchase from other restaurants besides Wendy's because the next Wendy's besides the Nine mile location to me if a lot further away. Thank you.
