We purchased this sofa based on the salesman telling us that is was their “top of the line sofa” and that the color is “all the way through the leather” and you won’t have to worry about the leather fading and/or rubbing off. We paid $1600 for this sofa just to have it only last 1 year. It now has numerous worn spots, some in places that we don’t touch. We ensure that we are never sweaty and don’t eat while sitting on it. Havertys said that they will not do anything for us because it is past the manufacturer warranty (by 6 months). Do not waste your money on this sofa. We will not shop at Havertys for anything since they do not stand behind their products.
We will also ensure that friends and family are aware of this and don’t waste their money at Havertys.
