Burger King store #07345 4/15/21 5:18pm, I waited in line 18 min before I got up to the check-out window. I was told 3 times one moment please, then the manager girl said sorry we will be with you. I asked 3 times, what am I waiting for? I didn't know it there was a medical concern, a robbery or what. After I said if you don't take my order I'm going to McDonald's, there were 4 cars waiting behind me. The manager girl says, sorry, we are having a team meeting at change of shift 5:00, I got new trainees to talk to. I said no I run a company and I never keep my customers waiting. She said ok ill take your order then, I ordered a double cheeseburger plain. I drive to first window and I again waited almost 5 min to get to the window. The girl manager was handing this car in front of me the food and drink items one by one, and it seems she took the whip crème bottle and the driver gave the frozen drink back to her and she put crème on it. I have never been so irritated and put in a miserable mood to wait that long for a dang cheeseburger. When I get up to window, the girl manager says, sorry about the wait. There were 3 dark skin guys just standing there laughing and talking right next to her. She says to them guys please go to work. This is terrible service and a poor display of actions in front of me the customer. I just don't know and am so angry that I had to endure this treatment. It sure has opened my eyes why McDonald's is #1.
