My son and I waited 53 minutes to receive our order number 76 receipt paper #276 on 09/27/2023 afternoon. I paid $10.00 using my debit card ending in 7112 and the remaining $2.38 in cash. We received our food for To-Go, but I emphasized for us to dine-in. The Bacon Quarter cheeseburger had no bacon and mustard as well as onions were still present in spite of us customizing for that to not be included. The cheeseburger had onions and pickles still present with no added Roma Tomato - 2 Slices for.40cent, although, customize during the ordering process as well. I included the bacon Quarter pounder to be well done as well, but unsuccessful with all sandwiches had stall bread buns. We left very unsatisfied because me and my son loves McDonald's and our lunch get together was ruined. Working at the hospital adamantly and more frequent than usual, so our get-togethers are important and special and we've had the pleasure of being a rewards member and enjoy McDonald's being a part of our life.
Desired outcome: I'd love if I could have our sandwiches made fresh without any problems exactly how we like them without compensation.
McDonald's - drive thru customer service

Like the car before me, I waited in drive thru lane #2 for about 7 minutes. After not getting any responses to my attempts to order, I decide to drive to the 1st window to order and pay. Hoping she would open the window to take my order and payment, I sat there for about 2 minutes watching the cashier standing through the glass window. Finally, I realize she won't have the decency to open the window to at least tell me to wait a minute she is busy, I decided to drive up to the next window. Soon as I get to the 2nd window, I look into the rearview side mirror and see that she is taking payments from the car that was in drive thru lane#1. At this point I am trying to stay calm and maintain composure, thinking it will be better at window 2. Window #2 is wide open but nobody is at the window. I sat there for another 2 minutes watching workers fill drinks, sweep, take inside orders and so on. When the gentleman finally came to the window, he acted surprised to find that only 1 lane of the drive thru is being utilized. He acted even more surprised that the girl at the first window didn't help me either. He walks away to find out what happened only to return a minute later without any explanation, he finally takes my order and tells me to park while he makes my food. When the food finally arrives, there is a dead roach in the cup holder. I am furious at this point and my patience has ran its course. Because I am with my children, I think its best that I do not go inside to try and rectify anything, as I know it will not go well. With the way I am feeling right now, this may be the best course of action right now. I had to wait awhile to type this so that I don't sound irrational in my complaint. At this point I do not know if this is the right course of action, news station, ...I don't know. I hope this gets fixed because I am regular customer and spend lots of money with McDonald's due to my busy lifestyle.
I realize that in my frustration I did not take time to carefully edit. My fault. This complaint is from today 7/22/2019 and not 2017. I just dont know how to edit my complaint once posted. Thanks
