I took my vehicle here I’ve been taking my service vehicles here and will no longer be doing so. I was charged $364 to have a crankshaft sensor removed a new one installed the old one put back in and being told that there was nothing that they could do. Then I was referred to go to AAMCO across the street they were not able to help me. They referred me to a small mom and Pop shop And I am now again paying $300 to have a crankshaft sensor installed the people at this location apparently don’t have any knowledge as to what they’re doing. You’re lucky if they answer the phone and you’re lucky if you get your vehicle back and it’s running properly or everything is working properly. I will no longer be taking my vehicle here, Personal or company, and will be advising all of my employees to no longer be taking their vehicles to here as well. I will be contacting fire stone credit card company to dispute the charges for what fire stone charged and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau
Desired outcome: I want my money back or placed back on the fire stone credit card as now I am having to pay another location to do the same damn job so I’m paying double for what should’ve been a simple fix
Firestone Complete Auto Care - Failure to do work paid for
When I had an engine problem correctly identified by the onboard car computer, I went to the store to have that specific problem repaired. I declined their pitch to pay $100 extra to have them analyze it. When I went to pick up my car the problem wasn't fixed. They acted like it wasn't their problem. I paid $363 to get my car out of there. My car was fixed correctly at another gIarage a few days later. The Firestone store was rude and refused any kind of remedy. The regional mgr. did not reply to my complaint. 3060 Federal Hwy., Stuart, FL. Store 029416.
Desired outcome: refund of my $363.
