Sonny's BBQ

So I have lived here in Martin county FL. All my life. And Sonny's has always been a staple for our family. I have noticed the last few times we have been there our service was very much lacking. I first off have noticed that that manager is very rude to the staff. Her name I found to be Kathy. She makes it a habit to embarrasse the other waitress's. Example... The waitress was trying to please the customer, with finding the Italian Dressing. And Kathy (manager) tells the customer they no longer carry that product, that it has been discontinued. The customer says well I had it yesterday, so then Kathy tells the customer she had no right to serve the dressing. All this in front of the customer, including myself. The way she speaks to staff is very unprofessional. But last Friday March 5, 2021. We went for dinner and they were very busy, we were going to wait for a table, Until Kathy approached us, saying we had to wait outside due to capacity. And that was fine, but in no way does she have the right to literally put her hands on me and push me out the door, as she is pushing me out the door she is telling us to just get out! Very rude and attitude was very nasty. I am sorry to say as much as I like Sonny's as a restaurant I will not be back for a while. Any questions please feel free to give me a call.
