Pet Street Mall - Horrible service indeed! Don't be fooled by their Free Shipping!

I ordered a puppy package from Petstreetmall on August 25, 2009 via their website and 2 days later I got a call from one of their agents who told me that my credit card was declined. I told that agent that there shouldn't be any problems with my credit card and that he should try to run it again. Five days later, I called Petstreetmall to check if they were able to process my order and they said that my card was again declined and that I have to try and order again online. And so I ordered again online using a second credit card to make sure it would work this time because maybe they were having issues with American Express. Two days later I discovered that I was charged for the same order on both of my credit cards! I called Petstreetmall to ask credit for the double charged order. I told them nicely (since everybody makes mistakes and so I asked nicely) that it was not a mistake on my part for making a second order because one of their agents told me that my first order did not go through and I want to get my money back for the 2nd order. Clearly, their company has internal communication problems! If my order was being processed already on the 1st credit card, then the agent that I talked to should have said so and I would not have made that second order. Now, this is not the worst of it. They also wanted me to pay for shipping fees for returning the 2nd ordered merchandise, which to me, is totally unfair. Why would I pay for their mistake? I talked to their management and still they do not want to make concessions on their part.
Ladies and gentlemen, I hope you have read this before making a purchase from Petstreetmall. It's already September 9, 2009, 15 days after I made my first order with them and I still haven't received my order. Don't be fooled by their free shipping gimmick because you have to go through a lot of hassle or it will take you forever just to receive your order. Heed this caveat!

Darn..too late reading this for me..they won't respond to return authorization requests online for some dog boots that are too big (size itty bitty too!)..BEWARE PETSTREETMALL>COM!STAY AWAY!

4 Wheel online is a Malicious Company that has been breaking the law for years. They False advertise all the time, for instance the Free Gas Card promotion... They never purchased one gas card in there history of that promotion, they simply lie and state there all out of Gas cards and they credit you back the amount promoted when ever they get around to it. Thats only if there pill popping accountant is capable of doing so. Not to mention there lack of Professionalism. Bob Heath the owner and ryan heath co owner thinks they can just speak to anyone however they want. That's from Customers to employees to Vendors. They should be sued for Harassment, Racism and discrimination to women. Do yourself a favor and never buy anything from them, they run several web sites out of the same dinky hell hole, Petstreetmall.com americanoutdoor.com, petproducts4less, and all the automotive 4 less web sites as well. They even have there slimy hands in powerpluslevelers.com. I wish the company would be shut down and the pervert of an Owner BOB HEATH be locked up.

Pet Street Mall - No customer care

I ordered a large heated dog bed. It was not large enough for my old dog and I requested a return authorization. I was given the RA number. I then went to UPS to ship it back to Pet Street Mall. As it turned ou the cost to ship it back was more than the cost to purchase the item. On contacting Pet Street Mall they refuse to help. THey will not allow a return under their UPS contract nor will they offer any credit or discount. I do not need or want the bed any longer, but am stuck with it since the retailer will not offer any help.

I too experienced HORRIBLE customer service with PetStreetMall.com and my overall ordering experience could not have been worse. In sum, I placed an order with approx. 10 items. Two weeks later, when nothing had arrived and no correspondence had been received in the interim, I called to find out the status of same. I was told that they were out of two of the products. When I asked why I was not notified about this, they rudely attempted to shift the burden to me to have predicted that, after confirming the products were in stock at the time of ordering, those products would later become unavailable. They refused to offer any concessions whatsoever [e.g. discount] and steadfastly refused to try to appease me in any manner whatsoever. I would STRONGLY advise using PetStreetMall.com for anything whatsoever.
