We called in Jan, 2017 to change our lead plan to a cheaper plan. We were paying $235/m for leads and we asked them to offer a cheap plan. They offered us a cheaper plan of $72/m which we agreed to but they never canceled the other more expensive plan of $235/m. We didn't know they had been over charging us this whole time because they never offered to send us a "manage your renewal" email that showed both charges till yesterday. When I went to renew I noticed two amounts. I called to inquire and found out that we were paying for the same zip code twice for the past 2 years! I asked to speak to a supervisor because obviously we did not want to pay for the same zip code twice. I asked them to credit us for $235/m since 2017, Serg, refused and offered to cancel our services. Which I did immediately. I also wrote a letter to the credit card dept to dispute the charges and asked for a credit for the total amount of $5640.
