On 11/21/2020 I went to the Burger King on 441/27 in Lady Lake, FL, this turned out to be a very big mistake.
After waiting in the drive thru for 45 minutes, thank god I was not in a hurry and should have done what others had done and left, I had to let them know inside that I was still waiting to place my order.
Then when I finally made it to the window, they were quick at getting my money, I had to wait another 10 minutes. The food was the worst I have ever received from any drive thru, the soda was the wrong kind, the burger was cold and if I had to guess was a few hours old, just terrible, and the fries had to have been at least 24 hours old, they were hard cold and impossible to eat.
Needless to say I will never return to that Burger King again, I also know that this is a franchise and hope you will forward this to the owner so they know what is going on at their establishment.
