Issue with a redeemed canvas order the wasn't completed, because it said the it didn't recognize me email address. I purchased other item's but don't want to continue redeeming voucher without resolving this issue 1st. The canvas on sale voucher was for one 12"x16" canvas voucher code: FRCJLXIJ700.
