Your Drive thru has always had issues - slow service, attitudes, and the drive-thru window is covered so you cannot see what the cashier is doing to you payment cards or your food items. (the window is covered by window tint and papers/notes. The customer should always be able to view what is going on.)
January 31,2023 I went through your drive-thru (have not done this is over a year because of the service but gave it one final shot for convenience) and I had a huge issue which raises concerns of the honesty of your staff. My total came to $6.41 and I gave one $10 bill and 51 cents. I KNOW it was a $10 bill because it was the only bill in my wallet. Anyway, the cashier quickly opened the window, gave me a dime and my receipt and closed the window shut. I had to shout to get her to open the window again and asked her where my $4 change was and she swore up and down that I gave her a $5 bill and a $1 bill. Her co-worker claims she saw the same thing as her. The manager came over and tried to convince me that her employees were correct because 2 people saw it. I told her I knew I was the one correct because I knew I had 1 bill not 2 in my wallet. She said $6.51 was on the receipt so her employee had to be correct. I told her people can punch in wrong quantities so it doesn't make it right. After claiming to go view the video tape (instead of doing a reconciliation on the drawer) one of the employees came back to the window with an attitude and asked for my name, number and gave me the $4 owed to me. She said the manager will call me the following day and ask me to bring back the $4 when it comes up short. She asked for my receipt to put with my name and number. I asked her for a copy she said she could not provide one. I asked if I could take a picture of it and then MIRACULOUSLY she printed a copy of it. Your staff is rude and tries to make the customer feel like an idiot. How many people are taken advantage of and do not get the correct change? I argued because I knew I was right. How many people feel intimidated or confused-especially our seniors and mentally disabled? Your staff makes me feel like they cheat the customers and pocket the extra change. You need to do something about this location because it is pure crap. I will never EVER visit this establishment again.
