First - the store was a disaster. So unorganized.. racks stuffed to the point - you can't even shop
No customer service on the floor. Dressing rooms unoccupied and filled with clothes everywhere.
Point of sale was just as bad. All register had employees, but then at least 4 more staff at the end of register just talking. All the while no one on the floor to help customers or straightening the store.
I had a 20% coupon from retail me not/ I was told they were having problems with that coupon so I couldn't use it.. umm so I asked to speak to someone so the cashier yelled at the manager on duty at the end of the register what's the problem was- do instead of a professional exchange the mgr chose to yell back and said just try it again..
Finally I was handed my bag.. no hangers were taken off and all my clothes STUFFED into a small bag.. I proceed to leave and guess what.. the buzzer at the door goes off
A security tag left on..
The Store is run by teenagers.. with no training or a clue.
Customer Service is not happening
Store is on the floor
No one on floor to help or up sell customer's
I'm ashamed to say that I was a general manager for old navy in Poughkeepsie Galleria from 1997-2002
I say I'm ashamed because I used to a Brag about my experience with the company..
Walking in that location I would never Ever admit this to anyone.
I have Never sent a complaint to any company.. I felt I had to
