MagicJack

I have had MagicJack for over 20 yrs for most part it works. However, if you need help, I then suggest you get ooma or another voip service if you value your sanity. I had a mj app on my cell phone for quite a while then one day it disappeared. So I called MagicJack. To have it put back on my cell.
This required calling tech help. The worst nightmare is nothing compared to trying to resolve a problem after 5 attempts with their tech help one cannot believe the low standard of their tech help poor spelling in their text. Nothing got resolved here is my situation 1 am 79 yrs old disabled and recently suffered a stroke. So for most part I am bed ridden my MagicJack is attached to my computer in another part of the house. While I had the app I could determine if the caller was a from one of my drs or friends/family. As MagicJack is too cheap to have a blocking system for spam callers. So as they removed my app. Every time the phone rings I have to get out of bed only to find a spam call. This is a very unpleasant and most painful experience. So I tried one more time and they demanded to know the credit card number I originally used...? Who on god's earth has the c card number of 5 yrs ago let alone 21 yrs in addition, I explained I received a new card 2 yrs ago when my last card was hacked. In ca until 2005 I used one bank, in 2006 I changed to another bank. These village idiots still demand the original c. Card number so I called MagicJack I went along with their utter nonsense answered every ques from my ca add till 2005 (that was my billing add) then I supplied them my current fl add. Then I told them I paid them for 5yrs service which these bums (I feel thieves but I will call them bums) and will report them. Which now they added 6.95 admin fee and 1.00 for some other fee this was never the case before greedy bums which I feel is theft of 7.95 so now they sent me a letter they demand a pic of me in an id a recent bill at my 16 yr add. I believe I will have to resort to a lawsuit
