Hello:
I bought it, a Chrysler Pacifica 2018, with only 23, 900 miles. NO fully equipped, I planned to save money by giving $5, 000 cash. Now I owe $38, 000 for 72 months! Approx for a minivan who really cost $24, 600. I received the first coupon book and my payments are $470.! How in the world I can pay this amount. I don't have any paperwork like before, being a senior of 68 years old it is a nightmare.
Besides I'm an old customer since they start selling on Lake Worth Ave. between little cabin... and sand everywhere.
Now I have to come back and ask to refund the money to the bank who they impose. Meaning, I cannot choose which one is better for me. I really need help with this problem. My blood pressure goes up and really I will finish having a means of public transport.

Do you know who the extended warranty company is . We can not find our information and need to contact ours. Off lease went away and can not contact them for the information.
