First I'd like to state that the employees were kind to me. I've made two attempt renting with Easirent with Rentalcars.com. When I had arrived on the first reserve. I was told they had no more cars. I was not charged for that. My second attempt which was the following morning I went back after making another reserve immediately after my first attempt failed. After a lengthy time, I was being charged nearly an extra 100 dollars on top of what I was charged with Rentalcars.com. I quickly decline due to the unexpected price hike. I was charged for a car I did not rent. I was to rent a car with the price I was charged with originally. This Easirent should change their name. In the nearly 20 years I've been renting cars. I've never had this type of problem as I had with Easirent. I should not be charged the $55.70.
