On 10/6/2010 I went to the k-mart store to purchase a toaster oven, toaster, blender, a couple of pans and other items. When I went to pay they were going to charge me $29.99 for the toaster oven but when I went on line to see if k-mart had a toaster oven it came up with a price tag of $26.99, so I went to k-mart to purchase the items. The manager was not in so they got a woman patty who said she was the acting manager and rudley she told me that the k-mart store does not honor the prices that are on line k-mart.com. I couldn't understand why k-mart would go online to scam the public to come to the store and get ripped off. I left all the merchandise at the customer counter and the arrogant acting manager patty (Whom should'nt be an acting manager for a garbage shed), said that's the way it is, have a nice day. And I left the store.
I have dealt with k-mart for many, many years and never would belive that they would scam the consumer like this. And k-mart has the odasity to have a motto such as this:
Kmart.com is dedicated to providing our customers with a superior level of service.
Well that sounds like a bunch of bull*. I am so disappointed with kmart and I assure you that there are many consumers that agree. I know that this has no effect to you but in time you to will be out of business.

Oh, and by the you and your acting manager at kmart have a nice day.
Is it possible that the price online was for online shopping only, for that day only, for certain areas only, or for certain colors only? There are many scenarios here as to why they may not have honored that price. Though the manager should have been kinder to you.
